If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

The unit was clean. The sliding door onto the balcony was wretchedly difficult to open and close. The kitchen is sparsely equipped
.. the cooking utensils (pans) are old very “used”. There wasn’t a sweeper or even a broom to keep up with the sand that was brought in from the beach. We called maintenance 3 times for a variety of little things. They were at the unit within a few hours to address the issue. All in all it’s a nice place but I’ve stayed in much better.

Dirty Bathrooms, kitchen

Cabinets of bathrooms and kitchens are falling apart. Kitchen has cockroaches. One Bathroom had water logged after taking bath, looks tub was not cleaned properly for long.The location is great, but the property is not managed properly.

Spring break 24

Loved the location and the easy access. Much better than the larger resorts. You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved all of the windows and balconies were awesome watching the sunsets.Unit is a little older but it was just what we needed. Manager was quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again!

Great place

2 moms and 4 girls on their senior trip. Bedrooms were very roomy and lots of closet space! It is right across the road from the Winn Dixie so that was very convenient. Stocked with everything you could need. The balcony door was a little difficult to open but the view was perfect when you got out there.

The property was very clean & had everything we needed. The heated pool was awesome for the kids b/c they were able to swim even on chilly days.

Aqua vista stay

Even through construction and pool closure it was a wonderful stay. Our cleaners were very nice and very attentive to the condo as it was spotless when we came.

They do not tell you that construction is going on

The room was nice however if you plan on cooking for your family make sure you bring your own pots and pans. Finding parking throughout the entire week was a nightmare especially on the day we arrived with all the luggage that we had to bring to the room. They don’t tell you that major construction is going on so the pool was closed the last three days of our trip which was really a bummer. I understand that people have jobs to do but choosing peak season in July to do major construction is not a good idea. I’m sure this does not have anything to do with the people who own the room but more so the company who owns the building. If I would have known that construction was going on the way it was we would have chose to stay somewhere else so we were upset that we had no idea until we got there. So you will be waking up at 8 o’clock in the morning to workers working on the building and like I said we couldn’t use the pool the last three days so we had to spend an extra $500 to go to a water park for the kids. Other than that the room was nice it was clean when we got there there’s a few things that we had an issue with but no place is perfect. We made the best of our trip but will not return back

Super Clean and Easy Check In

We stayed on the 4th of July weekend and even with the holiday and construction at this building the stay could not have been better. We loved being able to go straight to the room without having to go to the front desk. We received the codes earlier than what we expected and the room was really clean and just like advertised.

Newly redecorated unit but nasty!

We rented 706-E and it was a disaster. Hard to enjoy your beautiful beach vacation when roadwork starts at 7am sharp with backup BEEPING trucks and then the remodeling crew starts at 8am with their drilling that sounds like it’s literally coming through your unit. We found long black hair on the bedspreads and sheets, in the bathroom sink and tub, a big wad of hair on the broom , dirt and urine on the toilet when you raise the lid and apparently the floors had not been cleaned b/c we swept up a big pile of dirt and hair. Two of the bedrooms are lit up at night from your outside porch light so we had to cover the windows, the master bedroom blind is about 2 ft too short and the pretty new curtains are sheer so the master bedroom and anyone sleeping on the sofa sleeper will be up with the bright sun at 5am! The beds were fairly comfortable but you literally feel the coils in your back from the sofa sleeper so needless to say you don’t get much sleep. The first night we got ready for bed and there were no sheets for the sofa sleeper so we slept on a beach towel with no cover. I called the next morning and they did bring up bed linen and they cleaned the floors. In the rental agreement they tell you upon checking out to make sure you wipe down the kitchen and appliances good and leave the place clean like you found it, to wash the dishes and put them up in their correct place so I guess I’m wondering what does the cleaning service do. If there had only been a few complaints I would have let this go. I can take a hair here and there but this filthiest was too much. It is a nice unit but unfortunately they need to get a better cleaning service. I definitely will not stay her again.

Beautiful beach, comfy apartment, nearby groceries and dinner opportunity there was some construction going on so lots of construction trucks and all but that is not the owner fault

Ups and downs

It is a great property, location and beach are perfect. Pool area was very nice. Elevators are...well let's say one was out of service the whole time we were there and the only other one in our building went out the night before we left which meant hauling our stuff down from the 7th floor which took multiple trips. Condo was nice mostly updated but floors were very dirty. There was only brooms to sweep with which we did but needed to be mopped. Over all great would stay again.

Awesome View!

Beautiful view of the ocean from 3 sides in the living room, dining and kitchen area. Nice deck from living room and master bedroom room. Easy access to the beach below. Absolutely must bring your own towels and wash cloths and cleaning supplies. Awkward getting on and off property on main road. But convenient to everything. Needs repairs and a good paint job. Would stay again.

2021 Family Vacation

The property is in a perfect location on Front Beach Road The Cleaning Company Does not do a good job at all No vacuum in the room and the carpets were full of debris and hair.
