The condo was wonderful and we could tell it had been recently updated. We love the huge balcony and used it quite often. I will say to watch out for people in the floors above dropping cigarettes and toys off of their balconies. This happened several times and can be dangerous if something falls on you as the balconies on the 2nd floor extend further out than the ones above. The decor in the unit was great. The view of the beach was beautiful. Location is perfect, not in a crowded area and we loved that it was on the second floor. No need to take the elevators. I will say there are several steep stair going down from the pool area (the elevator can take you down from the pool area if you prefer) and to the beach. A ramp to the beach would be nice. We have stayed at this location for a few years and we will be back. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great stay

This was our second visit to this property. We enjoyed it both times. While it is not new it is renovated and well maintained. The best part is the location and lack of overcrowding. It is our first choice while staying at PCB.

Best view!

We had a nearly perfect trip at AquaVista. The unit was clean, recently updated, and had the most amazing balcony and ocean views. The only downside to our trip was that the pool closed after our first day, and remained closed the rest of our stay, due to an electrical maintenance issue. In addition, we noticed a few other things that would have been beneficial to have in the condo, but definitely would not keep us from staying here again. There were no towel bars or hooks in any of the bathrooms. We also could not find a stopper for the tub to give our son a bath. Adding some child friendly dishes, cups, and utensils to the kitchen would be helpful for other families staying here in the future. Lastly, the bedroom windows face the street and the exterior lights in the breezeway are SO bright. The first night was so light in our room, that our son woke up at 2am, insisting that it was morning time and stayed awake until it 4am. We ran to Walmart the next day and bought black out curtains for $16. Problem solved! All this to say, we still had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely return!
