This is our 3rd year staying here. We Love aqua vista in general, but this year the property manager (phil) was a HUGE pain in the butt. Threatened to call the police on my nephews because they couldnt remember our room #, pounded on our door and proceeded to yell at me because i complained about him, and then started having people’s cars towed if he didnt like the placement of their parking pass. Hoping they get rid of him so we dont have to find a new place to stay!

The location and room were awesome! Being right beside the pool was wonderful because we were traveling with a toddler. Only issue was getting locked out of the room due to a keypad issue at 10:40 pm. We called the number given to us for issues during the stay. They were unable to reach the property manager for almost two hours. We are very thankful for the security guy who stayed with us until we were finally contacted by the property manager and given a different passcode to use.

The property was beachfront with the direct access to the pool. The location was perfect. We had a great time and my grandkids loved being able to just walk right out to the pool and I love being able to just watch them from my patio area or the den. this is a great location for people with kids. You get the best of both worlds. I’ll reach in a pool.

The condo was spacious and right next to the pool . Great location! However, the floor was swept but not mopped . All of our feet were dirty after walking barefoot . But besides that , a good experience.

The property was clean and well maintained. We chose this property as we have stayed at AquaVista before and love the location. This unit is the best we have stayed in and the pool access was a great bonus.

Great Spot for Family

The location was great — near pier park, not a huge condo so not a lot of people on the beach. The room itself was literally by the pool. The condo was spacious with great view of the pool and beach. Overall a great stay!

Great Location and Not Busy

This property was a great location and easy access to the beach. Due to the smaller complex, there was not a huge crowd at the beach to fight for chair space. It was nice and relaxing.

Great Family Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The location is perfect. The accessibility to groceries, restaurants and shopping were excellent. Being so close to the pool was great. Watching the fireworks from the Pier Park area on July 4th was amazing. We have stayed in this complex twice and have loved it. The beach is very quiet and beautiful.

Good spot, great view, great access to pool, large balconies! Con no area on the entire property foe grilling (which we love) and there were some issues with the cleaning..other than that pretty good

Convenient for beach access

Being able to walk out onto the pool deck and get to the beach without elevators was epic! The balcony was gigantic which was also great. Inside was also spacious and a good layout. We had trouble with the WiFi because the password had been changed but management was prompt in responding. Grocery store is right across the street so you don’t even have to get in your car! The pool was very nice.
