Newly renovated Cocoa Beach, two bedroom, two bath condo on the beach. Brand new King bed and all new furniture throughout.. Beach style decor and bedding is also brand new! Condo was also painted with fresh paint throughout. Beautiful unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

Fully furnished in Coastal Living style with full kitchen, all linens and towels. Heated pool and spa. New flat screen Cable TV’s in every room. Washer and dryer in unit. You will have everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels . New king size bed in master, 2 double beds in second bedroom. My family and I had a wonderful time here! Our host was communicative (and helped us out when we left our swim suits behind!), the property was clean and quiet, and we LOVED the pool and hot tub, not to mention our proximity to the beach. There are also parks within walking distance, and all the shops and restaurants without any of the noise. Highly, highly recommend!

I would usually give this condo a five star review but I only gave it a four star review was because the condo had no blinds to cover the doors and windows that led out to the balcony. You have no privacy at all. So you couldn’t watch tv or a movie at night in your shorts etc. there’s a hotel being built directly across where you can see the construction workers in the rooms. Also there were smudges left on the mirrors and glass that the cleaning crew missed. I did bring these issues up immediately with the host who explained and apologized for the cleaning crew and said the blind wouldn’t be coming until August but was willing to give a full refund for days not used if we wanted to leave early . Since it was only a few days Tues thru Saturday morning we decided to stay anyway. Otherwise the condo was great . Had everything we needed. The host was great also. But just be sure yiu book this if the blinds are installed if yiu value privacy. We will be back again maybe later in October or November.

Very clean, comfortable, beautiful pool, so close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. There was construction next door, but nothing anyone can do about that. Had an excellent stay.

Great location

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. It was a great experience and cool place to stay, it was very nice that it included all the beach toys & chairs we needed which helped reduce the packing required for our trip!
