33500 Marina Bay - BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME IN THE PENINSULA!

This home, located in The Peninsula, a gated community, is beautifully furnished, has 4 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. It is absolutely perfect for a group of friends or a multi-family vacation and comes with many amenities not available elsewhere. The athletic club includes three pools (wave, adult infinity and indoor pools), a fantastic restaurant, sanded volleyball court, miniature golf course, fully equipped fitness gym, sauna, and lockers. Lighted basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts are on the way to the athletic club.

The first floor of the home has a queen bed suite with a full bath and sitting area off of the bedroom. The sitting room has a queen size pull-out couch and 65-inch large screen tv hanging over a fire place. A small furnished patio, with a grill, is off the sitting room. The patio is perfect to enjoy a cigar, to get some time alone or read a book. This first floor is the perfect location for a small family or a couple in the group that wants their full privacy.

The second floor has an open floor plan with large well-equipped kitchen opened to a dining area and family room with a fireplace. There is also a screened in porch, powder room and a second family room on this floor. The furnished screened in porch is off of the open area and has a view of a small pond. The porch allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a soothing glass of wine in the evening, even with a full house. The second floor is perfect entertaining area, where the two separate family rooms each have their own 65-inch large screen TV. The large family room opened to the kitchen allows the whole group/family to relax and enjoy a movie, show or sporting event together. Yet, the three large screen TVs in the sitting room and family rooms on the first and second floors allow three completely diverse shows/movies/events to be watched at the same time without interfering with the others.

The third floor has the beautiful primary suite with a king bed and a wall of windows with a view of the neighboring pond, and that lets the fresh bay air or sun seep in. The primary bath has a shower and soaking tub. There are also two additional bedrooms, one has a full and single bed, and the other has a queen bed. There is also another full bath to be shared by the two extra bedrooms.
A large number of movies, games and books for all ages and likes are made available for the renters to use evenings or on a rainy day. Bikes are made available to use under the guidelines identified in the home’s garage.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets. Peninsula rules allow for a max of 2 cars

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
