Vacances cet été et chaque saison à la péninsule sur la baie d'Indian River à côté des célèbres plages de Rehoboth et Dewey au Delaware. Les villes historiques de Lewes et Milton sont à quelques minutes.

Nous offrons un tout nouveau condo au dernier étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Comprend une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec comptoir en granit, une salle à manger contemporaine et un salon spacieux avec foyer au gaz. Le salon s'étend sur votre balcon privé avec une vue panoramique sur le golf et Lakeside Village. Le salon principal a un plancher de bois franc. Les salles de bains sont carrelées et les chambres sont dotées de tapis.

Ce penthouse au 3ème étage offre 1400 pieds carrés de vie en copropriété de luxe. Conçue avec des espaces lumineux, lumineux et aérés, cette maison offre une intimité et une détente ultimes. Profitez des magnifiques fairways, étang et vue sur le parcours de golf depuis ce point de vue au dernier étage.

Convenient to pool and golf

Our first time staying at The Peninsula and we had a very nice time. My husband enjoyed the golf course and we all enjoyed the food and drinks at the Clubhouse and the pool. Condo was super convenient and clean. I just had to do some minor touch up’s when we first arrived but that is just me. Convenient to have linens provided. Would stay again!

Best Peninsula location

We spent a very enjoyable extended weekend in this property. Everything about the check-in process went smoothly, and the property was exactly as described and pictured. For those unfamiliar with the Peninsula resort, this is the best location; within easy walking distance to the Clubhouse, golf starter, pool, and exercise facility. The balcony overlooks the first hole fairway of the Nicklaus Signature course.

Great Place Owner Rude

Good place to stay. The place was clean but a little outdated. We notified the owner that the toilet was backed up and the ceiling fan was not working, but received no reply. He called the day after our stay, saying we clogged the toilet, which was already clogged, and he then got very defensive and insulting. If you stay here, it's crucial to thoroughly inspect everything to ensure it works properly.

SUMMER VACATION

Our first impression was good! The property was well manicured and the gate staff were very pleasant! Once we got to the unit and it was as the ad stated. It was once we went to inquire about the amenities (pools) that had been mentioned in the listing, we found out that there was a daily cost for "renters" and that Saturdays were for owners and guests with owners. This was NOT stated in the listing and mentioned in the check in paperwork we received two days before traveling. Besides the cost for the pool, the light on the porch and the ceiling fan in the living room were not working. We also found some of the outlets didn't work in the front bedroom. We have stayed at different VRBO's and have found that each unit is furnished/stocked differently, this unit didn't have extra items such as paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, only what was there when we arrived (no backup). The unit it self was okay but we probably won't select it again for the reasons above! We all were disappointed with the situation as a whole, but still enjoyed our stay in Delaware.

What a great location. The condo was so well stocked. So clean and the decor was pretty without feeling stuffy. Beds were comfortable! The owner was so easy to work with. We had a terrific visit. Can’t wait to go back!

The location of the property was perfect for anything you wanted to do at the Peninsula. We enjoyed the pool, golf, and walking trails. We also found it convenient to the beaches even with a little drive.

Great Owner

The owner was extremely cooperative. The unit needs some work and maintenance, bathrooms were sub-par and mildew was in the showers. The bathroom fan not operating. The tub in the guest bathroom does not drain properly hence taking a shower there was extremely hard. One of the shelves in the kitchen cabinet fell off on me when removing a plate, thank god everything was plastic plates. I recommend the owner to walk through the house and just brush up the unit.

One of the best vacations I've had!!!

This was our first stay in a gated community and it will not be our last. The property was in amazing condition. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was perfect. The wifi was great. The golf course was in incredible condition and was a great value. We would love to stay again.
