John is a very responsive and helpful host. The location of the house is spectacular. It is very well equipped and the beds are quite comfortable. We loved our stay!

The house is a wonderful place to stay to get away from everything for a while. The views are stunning and the proximity to the gulf and the beach is perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy amazing walks on the beach every morning and evening and watch the sun set. The cute town of Port St. Joe is only a short drive away and we went and had lunch and dinner a few days. The property does have a lot of stairs so just keep that in mind if you have any issues with getting up and down. There are plenty of bedrooms for families or groups of friends to stay here comfortably and the kitchen is very well stocked. The property management group is very responsive if you have questions or need anything at all. The quietness of the area was exactly what we were looking for and it was wonderful to just escape from the chaos of every day life

Brad, we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Bluewater Beach House, and apologize that the drip coffee maker was misbehaving. We wish you would have let us know during your stay, as we would have been happy to replace it promptly. We have now outfitted the house with two new coffee makers, so there will always be a back-up drip type, as well as the existing Keurig machine, to accommodate that guest preference. The property was as described and we really enjoyed all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Property owners provided everything we needed for a great family vacation and were excellent communicators. We can't wait to return!!

We LOVED the house and proximity to the beach. It does have a lot of stairs for those who need to be careful, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. There are plenty of big beds to choose from and everything you need in a kitchen is there. We would definitely choose this house again!

We loved our stay here. The house was situated near the Gulf. We had our labradoodle with us and she enjoyed our daily walks on the beach. Very relaxing time for us.

Great location steps to the beach. Close to the park and Coneheads restaurant. House had everything we needed and neighborhood was very friendly! Hosts were helpful and quick to communicate with. Great stay and can’t wait to go back!
