This gorgeous property features oversized rooms throughout, beds for 16, huge indoor outdoor living and kitchen areas with one of the largest kitchen islands you'll ever see, a kids bunk retreat room, and parking for 8 vehicles. The walking trails in the backyard lead to Alys and Rosemary Beach.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures! The location was great- a seven minute walk to Rosemary Beach and about a 10 minute walk to Alys beach. We had six kids with us ranging from eight months old to six years old, and it was perfect for two families of 10! Plenty of space and awesome bunkbeds for the kids. Grant was a great communicator. Access to pool and beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This beautiful home is truly the Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach!

Excellent location just steps away from the resort style lagoon pool and minutes from the private sugar white sand beach. This home is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed floor plan with spacious primary and guest king size bedrooms. Wonderful and fun large bunk room that provides quest with 2 queen and 2 double bunks. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with seating for 14. Jump in the outdoor hot tub for a relaxing evening as you watch the gorgeous sun sets. Minutes away from some of the best shopping and 4 star dining in Florida Gulf Coast! We created wonderful family memories that we will never forget and plan to come back again and again, Thank you!

Potential is there but a bit disappointed

While the house is nice, large, and a good location, we experienced disappointment with some things that negatively impacted our experience. After arriving we realized the bunk room bed sheets had not been cleaned. There were crumbs around the mattresses and food under the bed. The sheets in one of the guest bedrooms felt sandy with food stains on the end tables. The couch had food stains. The shower in the bunk bathroom didn’t work. The outdoor grill had issues so much so that the next day a grill repair company came by to look at it, turned off the gas, and told us it was corroded and not to use. The rest of the week the patio smelled like gas so we couldn’t sit out there, despite calling the manager. There was no body soap, extra toilet paper rolls, dish detergent, laundry detergent or paper towels, so buy all of that. With the price we paid, these things should not have happened. Very disappointing.

The best house for families!

We had a great stay! The house exceeded our expectations and the neighborhood was safe, clean and easy to access the beach. We had 4 families and lots of little kids and the house was perfect for us all! We hope to book again!

Great House; Perfect for Families

We spent two weeks at the Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach. Our two grown children and their families joined us for one week. The house is well stocked and perfect for families. The location is ideal for easy, walkable access to the community pool, Seacrest beach and Rosemary and Alys Beach’s restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. We traveled with our dog so the house’s backyard access to the trail and the green pathway across the street (leading to the pool) was a bonus. The area is very pet friendly. Grant was very informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. He always promptly responded to my texts. Check in and check out was a breeze.Great vacation ! I highly recommend the Crown Jewel !

Simply Wonderful ~

In a nutshell, we would book this property over and over again! The property was so welcoming and comfortable...truly felt like home. It was very clean, and very spacious. The open floor concept is second to none. The kitchen...everyone knows that the kitchen is the gathering place and boy did we gather! It had everything, and that oversized island served us well. Thank you for offering practical, comfortable furniture. Football was more enjoyable to watch cuddled up in a blanket on that cozy sectional. We really loved there being multiple a/c units...can't say thank you enough for that bit of luxury! All the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. And that porch swing was perfect for my quiet times. Thank you for the bikes you made available, it made getting out and about seem like a new adventure every time. We really enjoyed our short walk to the pool. The pool was an adventure of its own. The size was perfect! And the fact they strategically place multiple restrooms around it was very convenient. The pool is where we spent most of our time. The pool is where we took long naps thanks to the therapeutic sound of the waterfalls. The pool is where we could go grab a bite of lunch and gather around our lounge chairs to devour it. The pool is where we would figure out our dinner plans. Speaking of, there wasn't one restaurant we didn't enjoy. And one restaurant we went to twice...Gallions...those baked crab claws and the grouper dish...WOW!!! But no matter where the evening took us, we always ended back up around the kitchen island... Grant & Rachel, thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience, from start to finish, over-the-top.

Retreat

We had a group of ladies that have been in our DIY finishing classes for several years. They are from all over the country and we brought them together, in person, to have a wellness retreat. The house was great, the floor plan lent itself to entertaining and everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

Beautiful house. Great location. Short walk to amazing pool and beach area. We were able to book a bonfire on the beach which was enjoyed by our entire group! Grant was very responsive and offered great tips on things we should do while there. Enjoyed it so much that we booked for next year!

Amazing House

My family had an unbelievable amazing time. We love the house it had enough room for we can all spread out and not be on top of each other. The amenities in the house were wonderful from arcade games to board games to ping pong. We love that it was a short walk to the pool. We were close enough to the pool, but not so close that the traffic at the pool could be heard or seen. This was our second time staying at the house. Grant does an excellent job with communicating and answering all your questions in a timely manner. My family and I cannot wait to book the house for third time next summer. We highly recommend staying at the house. It will exceed your expectations as it did our family.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house is just lovely. There is a ton of space and it is decorated beautifully. There are plenty of beds for a large group. The linens and beds were so comfortable, too. The kitchen was a great space for entertaining and making meals and the living room area had seating for everyone. The owner is very gracious and was available for any questions we had. We highly recommend this house and we would love to stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. What was frustrating was our beach access since my grandchildren and their parents wanted to be closer to the water which not possible unless you got to the beach VERY EARLY. Our host was fantastic and I will soon be sending him a separate email sharing my thoughts.

Cousin Beach Trip

We settled here, hailing from Texas and the Carolinas to enjoy some overdue cousin time. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the home and property. We loved the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We spent a ton of time in the open concept living room especially as the weather kept us indoors for most of our stay! Easy commute to the beach and pool. Couple tips: be sure to use the provided phone number to contact the Trolley Service as they break for lunch from 12-1:00 and can’t pick up at that time. Also bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

Beautiful Home

We plan our family vacations every year in this area. This home accommodated all of our families need, to having a bedroom on the main level, to the spacious kitchen and family room. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the pool, beach tram, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive with our request. I highly recommend this home for your next family trip.

Great stay but a few issues!

We had a great stay but some issues! Luckily, our concerns were pretty minor, really just inconveniences, one toilet giving us issues, luckily there were 4 others. They forgot to restock paper towels but were nice enough to stop by and bring when I asked. They left no extra toilet paper. The garbage bags were very cheap ones, hard to make do with. They have no cleaning products so difficult to clean up before checking out. One bed had sandy sheets so clearly not washed. They also left no shampoo, conditioner in any showers. Lastly, there are a few snacks in the pantry that are available to purchase. It seems like they skip a lot of necessities and things to make the stay truly more “stress free” and comfortable, in attempt to save money. Just be prepared and bring all these things with you! Kind of crazy considering the already very high price tag of the stay!

Crown Jewel is a True Gem!

This house was the absolute BEST experience - incredibly communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable host; gorgeous home complete with a gourmet kitchen, lots of outdoor spaces, and great overall decor; sleeps a large group very comfortably; walkable and ideal location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches; and a great quiet neighborhood. 10/10. So lucky to have found such a gem!

From the moment we walked through the door we absolutely fell in love with this property. It sits on an extra large lot, perhaps one of the widest lots in the neighborhood and is perfectly positioned at the end of a gorgeous walk way of palm trees that lead to the center of the pool and straight on to the beach. Because of it's larger lot the designers were able to create a truly unique floor plan that is brilliantly thought through at each step of the home. Every room is oversized and decorated with a sophisticated elegance. It's a peaceful home with a wonderful elevated back porch area overlooking the forest and walking trails leading to Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
The Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach we feel really has the best of it all. It's very peaceful, but moments walk from the fun and excitement of 30a. And the neighborhood tram picks you up just at the front door to take you on down to the beach. We think you'll fall in love when you come to visit.
