Beachfront copropriété est délicieusement grande (1000 m²) dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, grande salle à manger et salon, 2 salles de bain complètes, et une terrasse-balcon accessible depuis le salon et la chambre des maîtres. La chambre principale a un lit king, un des canapés en fait un lit queen-size et deux matelas gonflables queen (avec pompe). Gratuit dans la chambre WiFi. TV / DVD dans la BR / LR. Toute la literie / serviettes de toilette fournis. Laveuse / sécheuse dans la copropriété. Superbe Golfe-avant 1 chambre à coucher condo: Luxueux, 1000 m², privée de condominium situé sur le sucre de sable blanc de Panama City Beach. Ce condo comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, grande salle à manger, salon, chambre des maîtres avec lit king-size, et 2 salles de bain complètes. Téléviseurs, des DVD et des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre, et il ya une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage. L'un des canapés salon en fait un lit queen size, et il ya amplement d'avoir aussi blow-up matelas et sacs de couchage. Votre balcon privé, accessible à la fois le salon et la chambre à coucher, meubles de terrasse contient jolies et confortables. Mon idée d'une "journée au paradis» est de manger le petit déjeuner sur le balcon et regarder les dauphins et autres animaux marins, puis faire une promenade sur la belle plage de sable blanc, profitez des eaux émeraude étincelante vert, et profiter des rayons du soleil pendant la journée, puis une fois encore vous détendre sur le balcon et regarder le coucher du soleil éblouissant et apprécier les vues et les sons du Golfe du Mexique.

Le Regency Towers Resort Condominium: Le Regency Towers Resort Condominium est une propriété fermée avec sécurité 24 heures, 2 piscines de grande taille (une chauffée), pataugeoire, jacuzzi, courts de tennis éclairés, de palet, solarium, salle de billard et une salle d'exercice. Ce condo a l'endroit d'autres condos désir comme elle a 540 pieds de plage privée (près de 2 terrains de football). Jet ski, parachute ascensionnel, banana boat, et des chaises de plage / parasols sont disponibles à droite à la plage. Descendez à St Andrews Park et faire de la pêche. Détendez-vous au bord des piscines, où il ya des chaises amplement. Pendant l'été, du divertissement karaoké est prévu plusieurs soirées. Pendant l'hiver, les clients ont une invitation ouverte pour participer à des activités non-stop se déroule dans la salle Regency à côté du hall d'entrée (classes d'aérobie, de cartes et jeux de société, les dîners fortune du pot, des cours d'artisanat, les partis Super Bowl, etc.) Obtenir un jeu de beach volley en face de la copropriété, essayer le jeu de galets, ou profiter de la balançoire et devenir un observateur de la plage

Amazing week with friends!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property! Carole was a great host and everything was prepared for us as soon as we got to the condo. Very clean and loved the location. The people working were also very nice and other people staying were very welcoming.

Memorial week vacation

The condo was great everything we needed was there. Great location. We were able to see dolphins swimming almost every morning.

Hi, Damon, thanks for taking the time to review my property. I'm so glad you got to see the dolphins many times. I just got back from an Alaska cruise. I went on a Whale and marine special excursion, and I saw NOTHING!!!!! We did see some whale (I think it was a whale, but it was so far away I am not sure) come up every once in a while and 'blow' for air and then submerge. REAL FUN (not!)

Perfectly located on the second floor near the stairway where the need for elevators was unnecessary, beautiful roomy condo. We love the location and everything about the area.

Very nice room and owner was extremely helpful.

The room was very spacious and was accurately described in the listing. It was next to the stairs which had its ups and downs. Being on the 2nd floor you did not have to use the elevator which was always full. Also with it being next to the stairs made it loud at times. The owner sent emails the day before about check in and it contained everything you needed to know. My overall experience was great and hopefully we will get to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful view

The condo is nice, and the view is beautiful! However, for the amount we paid, I would have expected to have enough toilet paper to last an overnight stay. There were no trash bags either. I know these are small things, but again, for the cost it should have been provided.

Family vacation

The stay overall was nice. Upon arrival we noticed the screens on the balcony were destroyed by the previous guest as well as a large hole in the drywall behind the door. There was an outlet cover in the back bedroom that was held on with duct tape. The bathroom doors on the bottom appeared to be damaged from moisture. There were several small repairs that could be done to make this a 5 star place to stay. The condo itself was comfortable and Carole was amazingly accommodating. She’s definitely a 5 star host.

Hi, Tiffany, thanks so much for staying in my oceanfront 3-bedroom condominium. (1) The guests right before you damaged the wall at the entry. I have now fixed it. (2) I wasn't aware that one of the outlet covers in the 3rd bedroom was being held together by duct tape. I will get this repaired ASAP. (3) The bottoms of the bathroom doors do get warped with moisture. I probably can't do much about that except replace the doors. I will put this on my list. Thanks for your comments.

Good location

Regency Towers is old and there are updates needed. All outlets are loose. Ice maker not working. Kitchen sink randomly doesn't have hot water, but, the owner was great to work with, the resort amenities are nice especially the poolside bar and grill. Clean, no insects, cold air conditioning, plenty of towels, plenty of room. Nice place to stay

Overall a great vacation

Overall this was a great vacation. The furniture was nice the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows and blankets. Enough towels for bathing. Carole was very kind and very responsive. My only complaints were that the door leading from the living room to the back porch was very difficult to open and close as well as it rained a lot and water would pool on the porch and never dry out. It could’ve been cleaned a little bit better prior to our arrival. Big clumps of long black hair in a few different areas including the drains in the shower. A couple things that would’ve made this 10 out of 10 would be simple beach chairs, A few extra Rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. I realize these things were not included however traveling on an airplane I was unable to bring these things from home so having to buy a lot of extra things made it quite a bit more expensive. The beach service with chairs and umbrellas is extremely expensive definitely not worth it you could buy a couple little beach chairs for about $10 each. Again I couldn’t spend the extra money this vacation cost quite a bit for a family of seven. Again overall it was great and worth it.

Carol was very sweet and easy to contact her house keeper is lazy and dramatic because we were there three days the floors were going encounter stains, she lied about dishes being left in sink I only left dish towels in sink.. winds were very high every day we stayed there we had a hookah machine that produced ashes that blew on the walls outside very easy to clean apparently she lazy house keeper that’s going cause that sweet lady to loose tons of money in the future.. overall we enjoyed our stay and will go back but choice a different condominium property.. once again carol miner is a sweet lady she called me saying it was compliments of marijuna smells I advised her there is million of units here with high winds we smelled marijuna too but it was nothing to the effect to kill Anyone so we carried on.. not once was security called to my unit for loud noise or anything.. I had a good time .. we even left the housekeeper a large tip even tho upon arriving both bathrooms were filthy toilets were grossed out plus shower we clean them without hesitation or complaining of bathing daily in cold water.. I will end this with truthful facts carol is a sweet person easy to contact I enjoyed your unit but she need to hire a house keeper that want to work and one that’s is not dramatic.. what ever my review maybe it will not stop me from vacationing..

Great vacation

Condo was clean, kitchen was fully functioning with dishes and pots and pans. We had a great time. Only complaint is condo upstairs is remodeling and we heard a jack hammer through out the day busting concrete but that’s out of everyone’s control. Mrs Miner, you have a lovely condo. Thank you for allowing us to use it.

Perfect location! You can see the beach and one of the swimming pools from the balcony. Had a few issues, one of which was a backroom bedroom's window shade falling down (the window looked out on outside balcony and you could see inside room) and another was the door keypad. Carole promptly sent her maintenance person to fix the problems. The only addition that I would recommend is a step stool. For short people like me, it was impossible to reach the clothes dryer which was stacked on top of the washing machine,

Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning! The twins were thrilled with their first trip to the ocean! Enjoyed seafood and beautiful days! One of our daughters even played her bagpipes on the beach a couple of nights at sunset and received a lot of applause! Over all, things couldn’t have been better! A perfect place for a dream family vacation!

Panama City Beach

After arriving at the property we went to our room at 4 the cleaning lady was just finishing up. We waited until she left and went in We had to reclamation the floors and wipe down everything there before we could move in. Talked to landlord and was very understanding in what we had to do and wanted to send the cleaners back but we had already cleaned. After the first hour there we had a great time at the condo and beach. Carole was very great to work with check in was very easy

My current housekeeper has only been working for me a couple of weeks, and I believe she tries hard, and will improve.

Only issues we had were: 1) The keyless entry device (was disappointing to have this issue right off the bat; owner suggested replacing batteries; I bought some (which the owner volunteered to reimburse) but couldn't figure how to install them so we manually used the old school key box (with combination) each time). 2) Disappointed to see property get rid of tennis courts for additional parking (which it didn't appear to need) so we had to go elsewhere for that. 3) Dishes were still in dishwasher when we arrived but that wasn't a big deal. Positives: 1) Was very glad the condo was on the 2nd floor so we didn't waste our vacation time waiting on elevators... Stairway was located right at the condo door so that was a definite plus! 2) The drink/snack hut by the pool was very convenient and the prices were VERY reasonable! Very nice staff too! 3) Pools were never overly crowded. I believe someone said one pool was heated and the other was not (identical size). I didn't verify this because the first one I entered was the non-heated one and that was the only one I was interested in. :) 4) Noticeable security guards patrolling around the property at night was nice to see. 5) Be sure to park on far west end (the far right as you enter the property parking lot; outside condo "ring"; near grills) for closest proximity to condo and most likely to have empty parking spaces since no one hardly drives around to the side. Easy access to stairway that leads to front door of condo.

Could have been great if it had been clean

Got to the condo rather late on a Sunday afternoon and went to the store to get food before thoroughly checking out all the rooms and then realized the condo wasn't very clean in many areas of the condo. Texted the owner the next day to inform of concerns and was offered to send cleaners back to the condo but couldn't be in the room when they cleaned d/t COVID-19. We didn't want to have cleaners in the condo with all of our belongings and us not there and we had already cleaned all the areas we were using so I requested a partial refund on the cleaning fee but never got a response back from the owner afterwards. Was mostly concerned with being charged extra money for cigarette butts found behind furniture in one of the bedrooms and frustrated with paying a cleaning fee when it was evident many items in the condo had not been cleaned very well or at all for a period of time as evident by dirty dishes in cabinets, dust, debris on the furniture and floor, etc. The condo itself was comfortable and had comfortable beds. The elevator was very slow and thankfully we were on the 2nd floor so did not have to use it but a few times. The condo complex itself had a well maintained pool area and the staff were friendly.

Hi, Nancy, thank you for writing a review about your stay. I am delighted that you liked my condominium and the Resort. I am sorry the condominium was not cleaned as well as it should be. My housekeeping service does offer a return visit to clean anything you are not happy with within the first 24 hours. You chose not to accept this as you would have to be out of the condominium while the cleaners were in there. Because of the COVID epidemic, the CDC Requirements for all hotels/condominiums/etc have very strict rules for house cleaners -- and they must follow the rules or lose their license. Since I have to pay the full cleaning fee, I could not refund you for partially cleaning the condominium on your own when you could have had the cleaners come back and address every issue you had. You were concerned that you would not receive your security/damage deposit back, but your entire deposit was returned to you.. I hope you will come back again.

Hello, our family lives in Minnesota. We started spending 'Spring Break' vacations in Panama City Beach in the late 1970's. Now we don't feel any year is complete unless we can sink our toes into the pure white sandy beaches and splash in the gentle emerald water in the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach. My children and grandchildren consider a week at the beach to be the 'best'! I can't wait to get up in the morning, get my coffee and book, and head out to my private balcony and start enjoying the idyllic calmness of beach life!

I have been to beaches all over the world and none compare with Panama City Beach. The soft white sandy beach is never hot on the feet, there are no broken shells or coral to cut your feet, the waves are gentle, and the water temperature is delightful. I also like that the beach is not as crowded as many other areas I have been. Panama City Beach is great for 'family vacations' (which is what I like!), but it has many exciting places for the the young adult crowd to gather and make new friends,

I like being at the most beautiful beach in the world and still being in the continental United States where I can drive my own car, watch my favorite TV shows, shop at my usual stores, and feel very safe. Plus, there are so many fun things to do and great places to eat in Panama City Beach -- and nothing is more than 10 miles away!
