BEACH CONDO DETAILS
This condo has plenty of room for two couples or a family with 1076 square feet of renovated living space. It is well suited for elderly guests who can access the unit via an elevator. The resort is conveniently located about 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. We also have a ground floor storage room stocked with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, a cooler, and towels - so no dragging sandy beach items up and down the stairs.

You will always find a lounge chair available at Santa Maria’s sparkling heated pool. The pool area also has a soothing hot tub, outdoor shower area to clean off after your day at the beach, and a bath house with showers and bathrooms.
Ready to BBQ – several grills, that are cleaned daily, are available for your enjoyment. There is also plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy that sunset cocktail.
Catch your own dinner off the dock or watch the docile manatees float by. Walk to Fish Tail Marina and charter a fishing boat for a full day adventure. You can enjoy parasailing, jet skis, bikes, mopeds, kayaks, dolphin tours, a casino boat, and the Key West Express from the island. Combing the beach for shells is a favorite past time and don’t miss the spectacular sunsets. Lover’s Key State Park, a short trolley ride away, features secluded beaches, walking trails, and a great place to paddle board or kayak.
Skip searching for parking and take the trolley or bus to Times Square on the north end of the island where it is always happening. The popular square is full of cute beach shops, ice cream parlors, great restaurants with outdoor seating, bars, and the beautiful pier for the perfect photo opportunity.
If you venture off the island you can enjoy golfing, mini golf, the Shell Factory, Calusa Nature Center, Miramar Outlets, Naples Zoo, Sanibel Island and the Ding Darling Nature Center, Captiva Island, elegant Bonita Springs and endless shopping.
Santa Maria Condominiums also features an ice maker machine, convenient trash chutes, a secure lobby, plenty of parking, and gorgeous palm tree filled courtyard.
