Newly Remodeled! Palm Harbor Club is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath, waterfront penthouse condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of the beach and a wide variety of amenities including restaurants, shops, public marina and a movie theatre.
Enter through the secure lower lobby with a beautiful cascading fountain, then up the stairs to the eighth floor, with entry into a foyer into the newly renovated, coastal-themed, open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring and high, voluminous ceilings throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and a french door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and water/ ice dispenser in the door. Also in the kitchen is a separate wine refrigerator to store additional beverages. There is a breakfast bar extending from the kitchen to the dining room with seating for 2. The main dining area has a table seating four, but expands to easily seat six. This flows into the living area which has ample lighting, a new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, comfortable arm chairs with ottomans, a coffee and end tables. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, out onto a screened-in balcony furnished with a table that can seat six. The expansive view spans from Estero Bay, the Fishtail Marina to the Gulf of Mexico.

The spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet has a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a corner chair and a dresser with a large flat-screen TV. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. The beautifully renovated bathroom has a quartz dual sink vanity, a separate water closet, and a walk-in shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a double dresser with a mirror and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz countertop and a walk-in shower. This unit comes with a laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer.

The beach is accessed by a short (5-minute) walk just across Estero Boulevard. On your brief walk to the beach, you'll also pass a CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza. Estero Boulevard is the main north / south street on the island, with many shops and restaurants. The beach is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach.

Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where Margaritaville and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques are located. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The Fish Tale Marina is located next door and offers boat rentals and dockage. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport.

Excellent location. The unit was clean and comfortable. Great pool and fellow tenants and guests were all very welcoming. The nearby strip mall has an excellent Italian restaurant. The trolley pickup at the strip mall made it easy to get to Times Square.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were great—the host thought of every amenity. We had to reach out a couple of times, and they were timely in responding and resolving issues quickly. We greatly appreciated that so much.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our week at your property. The condo was lovely, clean and well appointed. We appreciated all the extra beach towels too!The only negative was when we were arriving, the code to elevator and condo was incorrect in an earlier e mail. A quick call and all was resolved. We would stay here again!

Wonderful property

We stayed at this condo and it is wonderful! The condo, view, pool, location is all perfect! The only bad thing is the the tow motors at the nearby marina start working around 8:00 every morning, so sleeping in doesn’t happen. LOL. Besides hearing them first thing every morning, it is picture perfect. We hope to stay here again next year!

Building cleanup still in progress

The actual unit we stayed in deserves 4.5 stars. Very clean, nice layout, beautiful views. I WOULD DEFINITLY STAY HERE AGAIN! I will however mention the shortcoming:---Bare minimum bath towels. only two sets per bathroom. Luckily washer/dryer worked.---Very dull knifes and nothing to sharpen them with.(Kitchen very well stocked however)---Bare bones TV package. I didn't know it was possible to get a subscription that didn't include ESPN or any of the cable news channels.---Boat storage facility right across canal had hi-lows operating first thing in the morning and the backup warning was pretty loud. The building and grounds were nice except for the fact that there was still some cleanup and renovations taking place. The entrance was less than appealing, certainly not the majestic lobby the listing described. A screen door opened to a dirty, non-operating fountain. Behind that was the parking garage which was full of materials being used by a work crew which was painting. The garage and stairwells smelled of fresh paint and cement dust. Finally, this area has been hit extremely hard by the hurricanes. There are no restaurants and very little shopping within reasonable walking distance. Also, the property description stated 10 minute walk to beach but I could find no information as to where the beach access was. I just walked thru a beachfront resort's property, but I doubt that was where I was supposed to access the beach.
