Imagine staying at the spectacular Sunsear Villa with gorgeous swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake.

You will discover a colorful palette of amenities. Relax in the soothing waters of our heated pool, or lounge on the LARGE deck with breathtaking lake views.

We contracted a professional swimming pool company to clean and maintain the pool at least once a week.

The Game Room is equipped with Air Hockey and Pooll Table overlooking the lake (no need for the kids to go out to a hot garage).

The Sunsear Villa is about 5 miles from Disney World! It is located a short distance from Universal Studios, and Sea World !!! Also, there are lots of local area attractions including Downtown Disney, Old Town Kissimmee, Aquatic Adventures, Airboat Tours, Al Capone's Dinner Theater and many many more!

It has 2 HUGE Master Bedrooms with King Size beds which are great for multiple families or extended families traveling together. One of the Master Bedrooms is located on the first floor which makes life easier if you have someone in your party who has a hard time climbing stairs. The Master Bedroom features dual his/her sinks, large corner Garden Bath and shower.

The Gourmet Kitchen comes with all the Amenities for your cooking needs and features Granite Counter Tops and Tiled Back Splashes. The Family Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and has a large LCD Television and DVD player. There is wireless Internet through out the house.

The Sunsear Villa comes with a Private Swimming Pool, Spa, spacious 40 foot Lanai, Lounge Chairs and large Patio Table.

The pool/spa heat is an optional item at additional cost. If you would like the optional heat, let us know at least a day before check in, and we will have the heat of the pool set at 87 degrees and the hot tub at 102 degrees for your stay. The pool and hot tub may still be used without the heat at no charge.

There is a portable crib, high chair, and safety gate surrounding the pool to help with the children. In addition, there is a dynamic recreation center with a large community pool, exercise facilities and spacious recreation room.

The Beautiful Florida Coast is a little over an hour away which features gorgeous Sandy Beaches where you can enjoy the Sunshine! The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is also a little over an hour away which features the Kennedy Space Center Tour, Shuttle Launch Experience, IMAX space films, daily astronaut encounters, and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame.

For everyone's safety, there is a safety fence around the swimming pool and spa. Under no circumstances is the safety fence to be removed or disable in any way. Fire regulations require that the doors to the screen enclosure be left open at all times therefore the fence must be left in place in case small children from other houses wonder on to the property.
