The Anastasia Condominium development is a pristine and quiet, gated community, but not far from the action... If you’re looking for things to do, there are several restaurants options within walking distance. Just a few miles further will take you over the Bridge of Lions to old town St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US known for its Spanish colonial architecture and cobblestone streets. Visit the Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century fortress, the Old Jail and the famous Fountain of Youth. Take a scenic boat ride, tour the museums, or take a haunted ghost walk. There's so much to do!

During the winter months Anastasia Condos has lots of activities in their oceanfront club room: Friday Night Happy Hour, Poker, Movie Night, Bingo Night, Valentine’s Party and St. Patrick’s Day Party just to name a few. Come join the fun!

Amazing location right on the ground floor that made beach trips very easy. Condo came stocked with beach stuff we could use, so that helped us save room in the car. Beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed have an extra fan in the master bedroom.

We loved our recent beach stay! The condo was a great location, first floor so convenient to the beach access as well as pool. The unit was very nicely done- very clean, kitchen so well stocked with every appliance you could need, and plenty of room with big dining/living room area. We have stayed at several other condos in the area and definitely hope to return to this unit next year!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean and in a great location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and steps away. They also have rolling carts available on site for carrying in luggage and groceries which was very helpful. The only issue we had was the hot water heater went out the first night. We contacted the host the next morning and it was fixed within a few hours. Both the host and maintenance man were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful, well appointed and well located condo. Super clean, easy check-in, responsive host. Steps from the beach. We really appreciated the books and beach supplies. Secluded and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic district, but a quick drive if you want to be there. The beds were comfortable. Everyone was super friendly. Watching the sun rise over the beach never gets old.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Patricia Wittenberg

Image de profil de l’hôte
Although this condo is new to the market, I am not new to owning and renting a beachfront vacation property! I am extremely responsive and sensitive to my guests needs. Please feel free to read the reviews for my prior North Topsail Beach vacation property at https://www.vrbo.com/377065ha. Looking forward to having you as my next guest!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I purchased this property for its location, spaciousness, and gorgeous property. I found all incredible!

It is far enough away from the crowds to get some quiet downtime to rejuvenate during your time at the beach, yet close enough to the action to enjoy the best of both worlds during your time away!!

The condo itself is a large two bedroom with plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home!

The Anastasia Condominiums maintains a beautiful, well-kept, gated community where guests are sure to love the simple beauty of the grounds along with the brand new private beachwalk, sunning deck, and outdoor shower.
