Spring Break 2024

The community and location were great. Bathroom and kitchen area was very clean. The only problem with unit is the couch covers and comforters must be replaced. If the furniture was upgraded the Condo would be 5 Stars and totally exceptional. Overall great we had a wonderful time.

We paid alot & cleanliness was an issue. The rug was disgusting , they came to clean it but it really should have been replaced. Some renters across from us were loud & disrespectful of others. I would not come here again .

Beautiful Area but doesn’t sleep six

The property is beautiful and well maintained. However the room was dirty. The floors would turn your feet black and the couch and loveseat coverings were very dirty and we had to wash them ourselves. Also, this unit does not sleep six. It advertises it with a pull out sofa bed which it does NOT have so it made sleeping arrangements difficult. When I contacted the host they didn’t offer a solution only said they would have to remove that from the listing. Otherwise for four people it would be great just bring a mop.

Really enjoyed the location

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay the location and views were beautiful. Pool was nice and having those views of harbor was wonderful. The one thing the unit was missing was a hair dryer? Wondering if someone took it? Also, it would have been really nice to coffee essentials creamers etc. I know it’s an extra cost but it really starts my day off right to have it. I would recommend it again.

Mostly great stay

The place was great the only issue we really had is the kitchen sink didn’t work and we were unable to adjust the thermostat and it was not a comfortable temperature in there so that made sleeping not so good if it wasn’t for that we would have definitely stayed there again in the future

Condo was in very good location. Quiet neighborhood with easy excess to everything. Condo could of been cleaner. Furniture coverings need cleaned. Wonderful view from balcony. Loved the chairs on balcony too

Amazing!!!

The property was clean with a very nice view of the harbor. The property is very close to a lot of the amenities. For a family of 4 we had more than enough towels for our stay. We will definitely book this property again the next time we come to Destin.

Family vacation

Traveled to this same condominium complex as a young adult. Nice to experience it with family now 20yrs later. Was just as I remembered, except more traffic on hwy 98. Seems alot of people have learned of this great spot since then.
