Incredible stay in Pedregal

Villa Del Mar is a spectacular property! Best of all was the incredible staff at the property that cooked, cleaned, and made drinks! One of the best properties for a large group that I’ve ever stayed at. Great proximity to everything in town, if you even feel the need to leave the property!

Really enjoyed the villa, the staff and the food. The villa was real nice and our group had a great time. The only glitch was communication on the transfers. Make sure to have this settled well in advance so you don't have two companies picking you up from the airport.

We had a great time here for a bachelorette party. The staff were wonderful and we appreciated all the extra effort they put in. 5 stars! The only item I think the property could improve upon would be better linens and duvet covers. Thank you all! It was awesome.

Location and house plan was good host was good though there was issue with hot water after a day heater was repaired but still it didn’t work the flush in couple of bathrooms were not working. There was no water pressure in showers.

Exceeded high expectations!

We had a fantastic stay Villa Del Mar. The pictures don't do the view justice, it is truly stunning. We spent countless hours in the pool looking down to the ocean and watching the whales entertain nearby boats. The house manager Hugo is fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. The other staff were top notch too. We enjoyed massages at the villa and Hugo and his team prepared one of the best dinners we've had in years. We've been to Cabo a few times before this trip but never stayed in Pedregal and really enjoyed it. It is walkable down to the marina but we aware that the walk back up is a work out with the hills. Would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect vacation in Cabo!

The listing under represents how awesome this place is! We were a group of 13 people and it was just the perfect getaway that offered comfort, fun, luxury, and so much more! It's in the gated Pedregal community and close to town with beach, stores, restaurants. There was no real reason for us to leave this house as it offered everything! The concierge service was fantastic, breakfast was grand, maids were so good, and the highlight was Marco the bar tender. We also had them cook dinner a few nights which was so worth it. We arrived to a pre-stocked house and they promptly brought us any groceries we needed for a small fee. The pool, hot tub, and views were close to none other (we spent the morning whale watching from the house!). Bedrooms were huge and beautiful. This house has everything you can imagine for your perfect beach getaway!

Amazing house with even more amazing staff!

We stayed five nights over New Year’s and had the most spectacular time! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like kings and queens. Hugo, the house manager, is the absolute best. Anything we needed, he got for us! Communication was excellent. We had a few high-maintenance individuals, and the quality of the house and staff blew them away. The view, pool, and hot tub cannot be beat! I highly recommend having the staff make a few dinners; they were delicious! They provided a bartender daily, which was a nice perk. If possible, request Marcos; he makes the best Margaritas! The house staff was attentive but not too overbearing. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Dream property!

What an amazing and beautiful property. We were greeted with incredible service and care. The Pedregal area is truly out of this world with many beautiful homes and views! We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return again. The staff was wonderful and provided breakfast each morning, advice on places to go and kept the home very clean. The only hiccup we had was finding the house upon our arrival. Our driver came in the back entrance, so make sure to enter from town near the convention center. Also, connect with Hugo prior so your driver can call him if needed. It was all a dream!

Beautiful home and staff! They did an amazing job of making us feel like royalty. The only down side would be the neighbor's construction, but not much anyone can do about that. Would definitely stay here again!
