This gorgeous, newly built single-family home is on a quiet cul-de-sac on the beautiful west end of the island. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect peaceful getaway. From the front porch, you can catch a glimpse of the boats ride by on the Intercoastal Waterway. From the moment you walk through the front door, you will find a very clean and comfortable home for your stay at Holden Beach. There are 3 bedrooms all with adjoining baths and a well-equipped family room and kitchen.
This home features a huge back deck with covered and uncovered areas. You can soak up the sun or enjoy the expansive marsh views. For your convenience there is a private, outdoor shower and changing area outside. You are a short, 10-minute walk to the beach! If you love the beauty and solitude that Holden Beach offers; “Lipe is Good” will not disappoint.

Exactly what we hoped for.

This stay was exactly what my husband and I hoped for - a clean, peaceful and private location. The finishes and interior decor were beautiful and modern, with thoughtful touches such as hooks to hang belongings of towels in all the right places on the walls. We recommend the property and would absolutely stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

It’s a beautiful home. We had bikes with us and it was a quick and easy ride to the beach access each day. It would have been about a 10 minute walk if we didn’t have the bikes with us.

Perfect 4-day getaway!

This location is just a 9 min walk to the beach and perfect for our family! Very clean and quietly tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Communication with the owner was great, we had everything we needed! Highly recommend and we will most likely return next year! ~Thanks!

This is a great home.

Perfect for us!

This house is beautiful inside and out. It's location was perfect for us...quiet with a beautiful, large deck to enjoy mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes away. The furnishings and accommodations inside the house were lovely. We had everything we needed. We would love to rent here again!

A beautiful and clean house and at the end of a very quiet street. Just a short hop to beach access. Exactly as described. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. Family vacation

This was our 4th time staying on this property. We have stayes at other homes on Holden Beach but this is by far, our favorite. The house is perfectly laid out for togetherness while still having private space. The only downside is the walk to the beach, but it's not too bad. Very gracious host who respnds quickly to questions. We don't plan on staying anywhere else but here in the years to come.

This home is exactly as listed - it is a clean, modest footprint house on a quiet street, about 10 minutes' walk to the beach access. It was easy to communicate with the owners and we had no issues with the stay. Note for frequent beach renters - there are no 'extras' on this property - no grill, no games (outdoor or indoor), no extra kitchen supplies like foil, trash bags, etc., no beach gear, and only 1 key provided for the house. Lovely stay, but somewhat stark compared to previous Holden Beach stays.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Since Covid, my family and I have not been on any vacations. I saw this house and immediately fell in love with it. The house was super clean, well stocked and it just felt safe and peaceful.

Beautiful home; great location

We fit in an impromptu end of summer mini-vacation. Communication with and responsiveness from Emily is prompt, polite, and helpful. The house is beautiful, modern, well stocked & furnished, clean, and comfortable. We rented bicycles with baskets during our stay which made it fun & easy to pack up and head to the beach (which has a conveniently located public access a close bike ride away).

Beautiful home

The home was perfect! It had almost everything we wanted for accommodations and amenities! It was a nice touch, not having to come in and make beds. Our host supplied little things that were so nice as well. We had paper towels and toilet paper and supplies for washing dishes. The bath towels were of very good quality. We ate every meal sitting on the deck to beautiful breezes. The street was very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful Home!

This home was beautiful and just as pictured. It’s great for couples or multiple families since there is a bathroom for each bedroom. The view was great and it is located on a very quiet street.
