"L'Armatore", a italian ship owner, has a style for its toy, great details care, because during his navigations he needs to enjoy all the confort of its Yacht.
As in Harbour 171, the front Ocean Condo, 1 km from the "Malecon" and 6 km from the airport, you will have the same sailing sensation though the seaside, with an amazing view and all the comfort as a Luxury boat as: disappearing fornitures, 2+2 people staying (adults + kids), kitchen full furnished, swimming pool, jacuzi, and more.
Inside the Loft you will really feel to be on board of a Luxury boat, an amazing ocean view, feeling to stay in the middle of it, and sunset. The Loft is at the 10th floor, equipped with all the necessary for a weekend or long staying. It's a lovely place for couples, family with kids . The Condo has a private access woth the security, parking place, all the amenities, infinity swimming pools, jacuzzi, sunbed and umbrella, barbeque. It has a 100 mt the supermeaket and 1 km from the famouse "Malecon", with restuarants, shops, bars and the nightlife. The perfect place to stay.

Whales out the window

The building this unit is in is really fantastic, the grounds and pool area are meticulously kept, and the staff are very attentive. The unit itself was great in that there was an incredible ocean view and it had the necessities. The kitchen is small but great for breakfasts and lunch and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept very well. The glass walls to the bathroom are an interesting choice... you do need to lean across the counter to see in the mirror. We had a small issue while there and the host was very quick to respond and fix the issue, so we were very happy. We stayed late January and saw tons of whales right out the balcony and while at the pool. Great location!

I believe Vallarta and the Loft is the best place to stay, spend a week or a season, with a lot of conforts, relax and entertainment. The forniture in the flat are all from Italy, where I personally choose them for the best quality.
