The Space:
Welcome to your cozy hideaway on the 2nd floor of the Portosanto building in Puerto Vallarta! Step in and soak up the sunny vibes in this bright and airy apartment. Everything flows together - the kitchen, dining area, and comfy sitting area with a plush sofa and TV on the wall. Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private balcony. There, you'll find a table and super comfy Acapulco chairs, perfect for chilling out and soaking up the fresh breeze outdoors.
Get ready to cook up a storm in the kitchen! We've got all you need to whip up yummy meals right here. And guess what? There's a dishwasher too, so no worries about cleaning up - you can get back to having fun! Don't forget to kickstart your day with our coffee maker (some coffee is provided) and whip up some tasty drinks with the blender in the afternoon. Take your pick - you can munch at the breakfast bar or sit down at the dining table for a proper feast!
After a fun-packed day, it's time to recharge in the bedroom, where you'll find a comfy king-size bed waiting for you, along with a Smart TV on the wall. You can even log into your streaming accounts for some bedtime shows. Need to catch up on work? No worries! There's a desk and chair just for that. And to keep you cool and cozy, we've got A/C, a ceiling fan, and blackout shades. The bathroom has modern installations, including a walk-in shower, and some bath essentials are provided to treat yourself. In case you need to accommodate 2 more guests, the sofa in the sitting room can pull out to a double-size bed.
When you don’t feel like venturing out, you don’t need to! Head up to the rooftop, where you’ll find a refreshing swimming pool, a BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats, and a shaded area with dining tables where you can eat and drink al fresco. So you don’t miss your daily workout, there’s a gym with excellent views and quality equipment.

Guest Access:
You can enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and the common areas such as the rooftop, which has a pool, BBQ, dining area, and gym with basic equipment.
Check in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
The Neighborhood:
The location of the condo is fantastic, not only for being steps from the beach but you have access to many great places just a short walk away! You’ll be steps from the Chedraui, a large store with groceries, a pharmacy, and other essential items. In Plaza Peninsula, there’s a Starbucks, and in front of this is the famous La Dolce restaurant (delicious Italian food) and La Vaca Argentina restaurant (excellent meats). Nearby is Plaza La Isla, which is the best boutique shopping in town. The marine terminal Puerto Mágico, where you can take a boat tour, is about a 10-minute walk.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 3.5 kilometers | 2 miles away. The simplest way to move around is Uber. If you are arriving by car, street parking is available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a photo of these IDs. This helps us register you at the security booth and allow you access upon arrival.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There’s an extra charge for additional guests and visitors over the unit's capacity.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the rooftop! Smoking is only allowed on the apartment balcony with the doors closed. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 USD fine per day of the stay.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Please respect the neighbors. If you receive a warning, you will be fined $70 USD.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a door code to enter. Full instructions will be provided to you before arrival. We're happy to help you anytime from 9 am to 9 pm with any questions or comments. If you need anything for your apartment, we're here from 10 am to 6 pm to make your stay even better. Any detail or question regarding the reservation or department should be seen directly with us, your hosts. The condominium staff is not responsible for following up on your needs for the stay.
