Was fine. Host was great. Listing was inaccurate

Place was nice and clean. Shower had plenty hot water . Host was accommodating to a few calls I had about the a/c which was very cold. Disappointed in the listing as it said it had a tub. It did NOT. It was a main factor in me deciding to book this place. Kitchen was satisfactory. The outdoor sitting areas were not inviting. Overall place was fine but inaccurate listing was disappointing. The host was responsive though

Prescott hangout

Good place to call base camp. Everything was working, clean and well-equipped.The place is built into the hillside and has 7 ft ceilings so it has a subterranean feel. Not a great view out of the windows either. But if you're only there at night like us it wasn't a problem.

Close to town but quiet

We stayed for almost 2 months. The owners let us use the garage for our 4 wheeler. Was very clean an quiet. Had everything we needed except we did buy a gas grill. Having a washer & dryer was a huge plus. Did see about 8 deer 1 day an a few havalina’s. Would highly recommend this place .

Thanksgiving Getaway

The bungalow was quaint and cozy. It was easy to find with directions from the owner. Provided us with all the things we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy. It was overall a great stay!

Excellent place to stay.

My husband and along with my sister and brother in- law went up for a 3 days to visit Prescott. The home was super clean, cozy, had everything we needed for our stay. Host was super friendly, so kind and communication was quick and easy. We we will be back to stay for sure.

Dee let me use the spare garage stall to store my stuff while I was getting my new camper installed. Where else can you get that.

Christmas Getaway

Nice property. Well appointed. For us, kitchen was nicely stocked , including spices. Beds comfy. In a nice, quiet neighborhood (even deer one morning). Not far from downtown. Was cold. However, we found space heaters in closets, which would have solved that issue!! Would stay again.

Week away from Phoenix heat

Property was well kept with minor exceptions not worth complaining about. Initial problem was finding the rental unit as it was behind another building. Would have been nice if information was provided indicating where to go. Only found it because of units photo and walking aroung. Bottom line, we total enjoyed our stay and would recommend giving it a try.

1st Timers to Prescott

Well appointed bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities as advertised to include coffee and snack cakes. Bedrooms have AC that can be individually controlled which was nice to have if 2 temperatures are desired. Clean and safe with off street parking. Owner lives close by if you need anything. Too far to walk to Whiskey Row but the drive is easy at 3-4 minutes. Would rent again!

Very homey bungalow by Aspen Creek.

In a safe neighborhood with beautiful Ponderosa pines. Not far from the very fun downtown. Comfortable beds. Nice to have washer, dryer, and detergent provided.

Hidden gem

This was a very cute bungalow style house that was tucked in behind a very large garage. We arrived and we’re unloading our bags and there were a whole bunch of deer in the backyard. It was cute and clean and just what we needed for a two night stay. Close to town for easy access to restaurants and bars. Appreciated the amenities of the soaps and lotions and Keurig coffee maker.

Property looks on the outside aren’t very appealing but on the inside the property is great. We left early due to heavy rain in Prescott and therefore we’re unable to fulfill our reason for going. CAN we get a REFUND for two days?

Little spot in the pines by the creek

Loved going for walks in the quiet neighborhood. A little hidden but once we worked our way in, it was easier each time. Everything we needed.

Ahhhh

This was a lovely space and very relaxing. We were in Prescott for our daughter's graduation from Embry Riddle and it was a stressful time, to say the least. This home was a welcome retreat from the work of moving her out and cleaning her place.
