Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Ann is one of the very few, who truly deserve the title of host (as opposed to property manager). Everything in this house tells you that she wants to feel her guests welcome and enjoy their stay. Meticulous attention to detail, such as dog beds and toys for our little dogs, even a poop scooper. the house is bright, spacious and very functional. The view breathtaking. We would come back any time.

Perfect in Every Way

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our December 2022 month long stay at Ann’s beautiful Palos Verdes home. Our two toy dogs and were pleasantly surprised to find fluffy comfy dog beds available! They loved the beds and the secure grassy yard to frolic in. We did always stay vigilant for coyotes, as our dogs are tiny. The internet was very good, with a brand new Starlink system installed shortly after we arrived. This allowed both of us to conduct our internet remote work without any issues. The house was very clean with lovely artistic/sea themed decor and relaxing spaciousness. The deck overlooking the ocean was so peaceful to hang out on - including the wooden swing - and we loved greeting each new day with morning coffee outdoors. We enjoyed many walks around the local neighborhood. The hot tub was great, perfectly relaxing, and private. Although it was too chilly for pool swimming in December, the pool is just beautiful to look at. The outdoor gardens are great also, with various fruits growing on trees on the property along with what peppers and flowering bulbs. Sleeping was so comfortable with the cotton bedding and very nice pillows. Everything was top notch and in great condition. The kitchen was a joy to prepare meals in and every amenity one could want was supplied for our stay. Thank you, Ann, for your great hospitality in providing for an idyllic stay. We highly recommend booking Ann’s house for your vacation.

Quiet and Delightful

We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to doing so again in the future. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, providing bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own privacy and comfort. The dog run was also fun for the little furry guys. The home has wonderful cross-ventilation and was cool indoors most of the time. Thank you to Ann the hostess for her hospitality.

A lovely home away from home

We stayed here with our pups for almost 2 months while visiting LA over the holidays. The house is spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to feel like it was our home during the stay--a well stocked kitchen with enough space to store our own pantry items, a dedicated office to work from, a secure yard for the dogs, and an amazing view to wake up to every morning. Ann was a great host and extremely responsive. She even left us with a few welcome treats to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with a view!

My family and I stayed here June/July with our kids and elderly parents. This was a fantastic home for my family. I was still working remotely so the home office was ideal. Out of all the homes I’ve ever rented, this home had everything you need especially in the kitchen. I enjoyed the porch both in the morning and evenings because the views are just amazing. The neighborhood is very residential so it’s super quiet which we appreciated since we were visiting from a NJ city. The pool was 100% secure since it’s gated. Lastly, Ann the owner was a great host with an eye to details and was very responsive. My family and I truly thank you for everything!
