This home is centrally located in Bella Vista and is within .05-5 miles of bike trails (Sugar Creek, Back Forty, Slaughter Pen, & Coler), golf courses, lakes, recreation centers, stores and restaurants. It is a great space for professionals, special occasions (weddings, holidays, etc.), and biking enthusiasts. This space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level rental space with a private entrance. It has a complete kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. My home is well insulated and there is minimal noise transference. It has windows in every room providing ample lighting. Both, the indoor and outdoor furnishings will make your stay enjoyable. Indoors, you will find a 55" SMART TV w/internet access, free WIFI, Plush Furnishings, Comfortable Beds, Soft Linens, Washer/Dryer, and well-supplied Kitchen. Outdoors is a Private Sitting Area with Lawn Furniture, & Gas Grill. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, that sits up against a wooded area providing you with natural views of mature trees and wildlife. There is an illuminated stone path to the private entrance. It has1,380 sq. ft. Be My Guest can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Downtown Bentonville is only 8.5 miles away with museums, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Other towns/communities close to Bella Vista with interesting attractions are Rogers (16 miles), Beaver Lake (20 miles), Eureka Springs (42 miles), and Branson (88 miles). Great place to stay!

Just as advertised. If you are elderly 60 the walkway down around back to the entrance is difficult especially with luggage. We are not (40’s) so it was perfectly fine. Loved the setup, the place was perfect for our needs! Would definitely stay again if visiting my mom.

The lower level great however a bit too much for my elderly mother and she’d prefer to have a thermostat for the dwelling. She was cold he whole time with the exception of a he last night. Other than the hat it was perfect.

Well stocked cozy hideaway

Lovely outdoor space with grill, swings, decking. Cozy inside with three really big fluffy beds you might have to climb up into if you're short. The big bedroom is decorated with bluebird theme and is so pretty. Mattress I was on was on the soft side. Kitchen is compact but has everything including laundry and starter supplies. Walkway is tricky if you have any mobility limitations

Grad weekend

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a weekend. We spent time in Fayetteville but enjoyed the quietness in Belle Vista. This property was absolutely perfect! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space and it was just cozy. I would highly recommend if you will be staying in the area.

Great Space

We loved this place. It was very cozy, and the hospitality was top notch. The rain made us cut our stay shorter. We would certainly use this place again if we needed it. Bella Vista is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend.

Nice wooded neighborhood

This is a beautiful home and was close to family that we were in town to visit. The stone steps to the Rental could be tricky in the dark, owner did provide flashlights. Some problems with communication using VRBO with owner, especially when our car got blocked in the driveway!

Would stay here again!

This unit is very spacious and clean with three nice bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are compact, but sufficient and well stocked. The fireplace and decks are nice touches. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the birds. The owner lives upstairs and you can hear footsteps from that. You do need to be careful walking around to the door to the unit. The steps are clear and well-maintained, but we are older and just were very mindful. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood. Bella Vista is a nice community. We met the host and she was very gracious and accommodating.

Nice and affordable

The price was GREAT the home was VERY NICE. A good place for people who are in good shape. However, I would not recommend it for anyone with a disability, including bad knees or difficult walking. The trail to the entry were steep and hard to climb and walk down. Our ages range from 64 to 75 and we had a hard time going in and out. A great place for ayounger guest.
