Tunnel Vision trails retreat - bike in/out

Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.

The home is pleasant and beds were fairly comfortable. We really liked the comfortable couches and the view out the back windows too.Vacation rentals have been popular long enough that our family has had the opportunity to see a number of different properties. I appreciated the window coverings and reliable central heat and air/ hot water but I would have appreciated a little more cleanliness and some things to do at the house like interesting books, music player, fire pit, etc.This is an updated older home centrally located on a quiet Bella Vista street. If you can stay here for the price of a nearby standard hotel then it’s worth it. Make sure to visit Tanyard Creek nature area and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel if you have never been to either. Both are real close and a must see in Bella Vista. The nearby country club restaurant is pretty good too if you need something to eat and don’t want to drive far.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Easy access to get in as we arrived late. Although we basically just slept there, the house had all the amenities that you would need. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice place. A little out of the way but that’s part of the charm. Very pretty deck that looks off into deep woods. The house has been updated nicely and everything worked great. The hosts were professional and accommodated a request for a guest pass to the recreation center for me. I’d come back.

Quick trip

We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive.

Very clean, had all the amenities of being at home, the Tranquility and peacefulness were so appreciated. The host communicates extremely well. I would recommend this location with five stars.! We found our new home in NWA while staying here. Thank you for a stress free stay. Loved the music of the woods!

Great quiet house next to the trails.

My wife and I (and our dog) enjoyed a nice week of mountain biking in the area. Including a few rides directly out the back to the Tunnel Vision trail. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

House was perfect. Great location, beautiful scenery, and had everything we needed. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking and biking paths. Loved it so much we extended our stay 2 days. Had a few questions and Tim was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

Long Weekend Getaway

We wanted to get away from Iowa for a few days and ride and hike. We easily got to Coler for coffee and some singletrack. Got to ride another 5.5 mile trail and ate at multiple places within 10 min from the house. We also made an hour drive to Devils Den State Park for a hike. All in all exactly what we wanted to do with our weekend.
