Gravity House is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Little Sugar Trail System, offering direct access to some of the best biking and hiking trails in Northwest Arkansas. Just steps away from the Huntley Gravity Zone, this home is a dream for adventurers who love mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, or golfing, while still being close to the vibrant city of Bentonville.

The cozy, spacious interior features an open floor plan, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy your mornings with a warm cup of coffee or your evenings with a cold beer on the deck, which is ideal for taking in the surrounding nature. The property also includes a designated bonfire area for cozy nights under the stars.

Designed with cyclists in mind, the house includes a bike mechanic shop and a large indoor bike rack to store all your gear. Set on a private, wooded acre, it offers a secluded feel with direct access to mountain bike trails right from the front door. Despite its peaceful setting, you're only minutes from grocery stores, dining, and two of Bella Vista’s larger lakes. Plus, it’s just 1.5 miles from Tanyard Creek.

Excellent place. Set up perfectly for your mountain bike vacation. Plenty of secure indoor bike storage, indoor bike shop stocked with tools, Comforable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood, and trailside location. Will stay here again.

Our kids (14yo, 16yo) compete on NICA teams and have been itching to ride in the Bentonville area. We found this little gem in Bella Vista that's right at the top of a trail and jumpline. Very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for us and the five bikes we brought, as well as a great tool room for repairs and shoe-drying. Great property! We discovered we preferred the Slaughter Pen system and Coler Mountain to the trails around Bella Vista trails, but the house itself was great!

The host was quick to respond with questions. The house was just right for us, clean and neat, the bed was comfortable to sleep on, the living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The house is conveniently located, easy to get to Rogers or Bentonville. We enjoyed our stay, it's an absolutely beautiful area.

The place was a great location for our trip to Bikes, Blues, and BBQ’s. The only suggestion I would give is that even with plenty of parking, the driveway was narrow with the drop off in the ditches that it was a little difficult to back the trailer in. We made it work, but might be worth mentioning.

Perfect location! GREAT property!

Very new to mountain biking, we wanted to find a place that would accommodate our family of 5
kids ages 15,13,11
and this place was PERFECT! So many trails to explore surrounding this property, and a good range of difficulty levels. We LOVED that it was bike in, bike out
our kids just came and went as they pleased, not much traffic
and we felt safe. We ventured out to several bike trails within a short driving distance, Blowing Springs was our favorite
tons of mountain trails, and they also had great paved trails as well! The property itself offered a great “bike repair” room full of tools, which was extremely handy when we needed to change a tire! It has a very open floor plan, and spacious enough to store your bikes inside..We will definitely book this property again
the entire area was full of things to do and see!

The location was just right to have quiet spot, but close to towns and activities. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is AMAZING! Water presure and the hot water great combination.

Peaceful getaway!

I could not have picked a better spot for my vacation. Just minutes away from Bentonville I was able to enjoy all the biking possible and still come back to a nice peaceful home in the evenings. Truly a hidden gem!

Perfect for our needs.

Our extended family outgrew staying in one place and this was our “overflow house “. It was neat and clean and was exactly what we needed. It would have been fun to try the bike trails that are right there. Maybe next time!

Pleasant Stay

The property was very nice. Hot shower, working AC - met both of they key requirements with flying colors. Bed was a queen, but room was large enough for a King which would be a nice upgrade for them to consider. Only odd thing that bugged my was that there was a 2x4 wood structure on the driver side of the garage bay. Easy to trip over when getting out of your car.

Nice for a quick stay

The house was good. It had all the basics, furnishings were okay. It was close to the trails, though they were not suitable forInexperienced bikers. We opted to hike them with our 10 year old, my adult son biked them.

Gravity house rocks !

Muriel was very responsive & helpful.The home had everything we neededfor a comfortable stay. The reason we visited the area from Wisconsin was the great mountain biking trails & community. We also enjoyed some good golf nearby

Family visit

Very clean, which is the most important attribute. There were no lamps in the house which could be used for reading. No light by the bed I used. The bathroom needs a hook to hang cloths on when showering. Overall very well worth the price.

Bella Vista
