Seacrest # 6

Seacrest Townhome # 6 est une belle maison de ville sur deux étages, située directement sur le golfe. Chaque étage a un porche faisant face au golfe pour cette tasse de café relaxante, en regardant le lever du soleil le matin et ce coucher de soleil romantique la nuit. Ce lotissement accepte les animaux domestiques, ce qui signifie que toute la famille peut venir profiter du magnifique golfe du Mexique. Mise à jour du printemps 2018 pour inclure un nouveau canapé-lit, un nouveau décor, de nouveaux matelas, des téléviseurs ajoutés à toutes les chambres et bien plus encore.

Le premier étage comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit. En vous détendant dans le salon ou en cuisinant dans la cuisine, ouvrez les rideaux et vous aurez une vue spectaculaire sur les plages de sable blanc et ses eaux turquoise. Le deuxième étage a un lit queen size dans une chambre qui donne sur 30A, tandis que l’autre a un lit king size et un porche donnant sur le bel océan.

Seacrest Townhome est long de 30A et est niché entre Rosemary Beach et Seaside, ce qui signifie que vous avez le luxe de marcher ou de faire du vélo dans les centres commerciaux. Vous pourrez vous détendre sur nos magnifiques plages de sable blanc pendant la journée et profiter de la vie nocturne et des boutiques le soir.

Great Time With the Family!

Beautiful View!

This property was everything that it said it was. With gorgeous views of the Gulf right out of the back door. We had our small dog with us and there was just enough grass out of the back door for her to do her business (yes we always clean up after her). The property manager responded right away and rapidly rectified anything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay! The views are beautiful and we love walking out our back door and being on the beach! Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen fully stocked. The property management answered any questions we had quickly! You are within 1.5-2miles of restaurants and shopping. .

Relaxing Family Vacation

We were in town celebrating our son's high school graduation on 30A, his favorite vacation destination. We have been to this area multiple times, but this location is by far the best! The sand was just a short walk down the steps and we saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of other marine life while we were here. We enjoyed riding bikes and It was great & we will be back ~ We love the emerald coast!

Outstanding vacation!

We had a fabulous week at Seacrest 6. The location is wonderful - right on the beach! The stairs down to the beach were manageable. Many restaurants nearby and such a beautiful beach! We loved that it was not overcrowded. The views from the unit are breathtaking. Easy parking at the front door and in a nice, walkable area. It was great that we were able to bring our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful views, small community and not crowded.

We had a wonderful stay for my 50th birthday. The views were fantastic as well as the amenities! Close to so many restaurants and the sunsets are to-die-for! Communication was fantastic and we didn't need anything. Thank you for having us and our Shih-Tzu Oliver loved having his own room. lol!!

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is a bit dated but the amazing views and location directly on the water more than made up for it. We spent our days on the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our patio. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. Seacrest Beach is convenient to restaurants in both the Rosemary Beach and Seaside communities. Do be prepared for a long walk down many steps to the beach - but once you are there, it's wonderful!

Perfect beachfront location

The private beach is what this place is all about. No mad rush to the beach at 6am to drop chairs and umbrellas for a 5x5 plot of sand like the public beaches. Here you can relax and know you always have your spot. The condo itself is nicely updated and clean. The patio off the master BR is incredible for sunny lounging and the downstairs patio great for a mix of sun/shade. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, etc but bring all your own seasonings. Overall great experience and would book it again.

Perfect for us!

Seacrest 6 was perfect for us! It's just my husband and I, with our furry son, so we don't need anything incredibly large (many of the 30A locations seem to be big or not pet-friendly). Anyway, the condo was perfect for what we were looking for and had plenty of the needed amenities. If you're looking for high-end finishes (granite counter tops and such) this may not be what you're looking for, but it was very clean, very comfortable, very very pleasant and easy management company, and exactly what we were looking for! Can't wait to come back!! Thank you for providing such a clean, easy to stay "home" for the week!
