The house was just as described. We loved the pool and location to the beach and all the Rosemary shops and restaurants. Hosts were easy to communicate and with and quick to fix any issues. We enjoyed our stay!

While we didn't cook in a lot during our trip, the times that we did, the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool, which we had heated prior to arrival, was excellent. Everyone had their own space to retreat, and the common areas were ample to come together.

Cozy House

We had 8 in our family group and enjoyed the house and private pool. It was an easy walk to beach and Rosemary Bch restaurants. Dolly, our host, was very responsive.

We stayed at the house with a group of girlfriends for our annual get together. It had everything and more that we could need. The beds were super comfortable and house was updated and beautifully decorated! Great location to walk to beach or restaurants and shopping! Host was very communicative and easy to work with! Can't wait to come back!

Our second year returning to this property… it’s perfect!! Great location, walk everywhere. Well appointed for the beach and perfect balconies for happy hour each evening!

Wonderful

The house was lovely. It was spacious, light, clean, and really wonderful. It had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the fire pit and eating area out back. Dolly was so helpful always with everything. We loved our stay!!!

Perfect family experience

We had a family reunion with families arriving from TX, OH and TN and were all so happy with our rooms, pool area, kitchen and especially the back yard oasis. We left new firewood for the next family to enjoy. Great experience

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Not only is the house beautiful and well supplied, the management company was great to work with! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The house was also supplied with beach chairs which was a huge perk since half of our group flew in. We will certainly plan to stay here again!

Girls Weekend

This is our favorite property! Its a quick walk to the beach. Pool is awesome if its just too windy for the beach. Lots of fun outdoor spaces and four bedrooms all with their own bath. Well maintained-Perfect in every way!!
