Water front, open bay views from both decks!!

Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed. Even with the unfortunate weather (who knew a hurricane was coming), we were able to spread out and still watch the bay, which is so relaxing. Once the sun came out, we were able to see the beautiful sunset. It is quiet neighborhood, yet still close to things to do. The communication was excellent. Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Views were beautiful. House was very clean. Plenty of space for 10 people. Would have been helpful to have linens and towels provided, but it was noted that these were not provided. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

What a great vacation!! Our family and another family (11 total people), absolutely loved this place. Very spacious, very clean and very comfortable! The sunsets were amazing! The location is close to everything you need in driving range. I can’t say anything more than that I will always try to book this place every year I go to OC! This was by far our favorite place to stay and I have been going to OC for the last 40 years! Book this early and book it fast, you and your family will love it!

Location, location, location

Really can’t beat the location. Breathtaking views, 2 mins drive to the beach with lots of free parking or a very manageable walk. We even saw fireworks from the balcony and another one from the front of the house. Tons of restaurants around. Lots of things to do with toddlers and teenagers. The house itself is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Bayside views from a quiet street with plenty of parking. The bay was shallow and great for inflatables and or paddle boards. Access to the water could be a little easier. Very close to restaurants and shops. Close enough to walk to the beach. Only one bedroom on the second floor has a dedicated bathroom. The Loft has a dedicated bathroom which was unexpected.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here, and definitely plan to come again. The deck was wonderfully set up and created a great place to spend evenings sitting out on the water. The kids really enjoyed having their own space in the loft, and we found all of the bedrooms to be well-situated. The owner was very communicative and helpful! We did find the kitchen to be very poorly stocked to be able to cook for the number of people that the house holds and all of the cookware needed to be washed as there was a significant amount of food stuck on to everything. Two of the beds also had quite a bit of staining, which was a bit off-putting. Despite these minor complaints, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we would return again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful part of Ocean City. The street is quiet, and the decks views are very relaxing. It's just a little bit of Paradise.

Has to be the views, as this property sits on the water, on the bay! It backs up to a protected bay, so wildlife is abundant!! Sunset views are sure to keep you coming back!! Short walk to the ocean, and restaurants!!
