This lovely 4 bedroom/3 bathroom two-story single family home in Naples is a mere 175 yards from the beautiful sugar-white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Amazing location off Gulf Shore Drive, walking distance to the Ritz Carlton and La Playa hotels/amenities, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park with it’s pristine, uncrowded beaches and some of the best shelling in southern Florida. A short drive away you'll find the Mercato and Waterside with their world-wide renowned boutiques and dining. Downtown Naples and Old Town are only 7 miles away. For boaters, the home has a large private dock with a 20,000 lb boat lift available for your boat (or rent a boat at one of the many marinas), with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. A large, screened lanai with heated salt-water pool ensures a relaxing visit for everyone!

Vanderbilt beach spring break

This property was everything we had hoped it would be. The property owners thought of everything we could have wanted. The beach was fantastic. Everyone loved the pool & all the accommodations. Thank you to the property owners

Perfect vacation.

Everything is exactly as described. I have had my share of rental/stays and this home is the best kept and cleanest accommodation you will find. The owners are very responsive and obviously care very much about their guests experience.

Has it all

This property is in a top notch location and had absolutely everything we needed for comfort during our stay. The home was better stocked and supplied than any vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Beach access is around the corner and the outdoor living space and pool were also terrific. The house is probably a mile to the grocery store. Lovely, comfortable home. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean

Perfect from start to finish. The location just steps to the beach made for easy beach days, so easy to pop back for drinks. But there were days we didn't even visit the beach, with a perfect pool, heated to just the right temperature. And the lanai was perfect for coffee in the morning and lingering dinners with friends. All around our best stay in Naples yet!

Family vacation

The house was just as advertised, absolutely gorgeous. My grandson loved the pool. Close, easy walk to the beach. Everything provided for a perfect beach vacation. All you need to do is bring your clothes! Spoke with the owner on the phone before arriving, she was amazing. Can’t go wrong with this rental!!

Amazing Spring Break

Incredible home, in a incredible location! My family had the best spring break we have had in 10 years of going. This home was spectacular! I have been going to Naples for 42 years and my parents have a place just a block down. We really couldn’t of found a better location, only other options were a condominium in their building and that would of been very tight and not fun with 6 people (4 kids). We have been spoiled, I don’t know how we will ever stay in a hotel or condo again. The home was big, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was perfect, we pretty much lived out on the lanai and swam at least twice a day everyday. The beach was a hop, skip and jump away. The owners were great and always available via phone.

Fantastic Trip

The property is in a great location right by the beach, it has a lovely pool and is a great space for families. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The villa is very comfortable and well decorated and has everything you would need. We had a fabulous vacation and feel it's the best place we have stayed in Naples.

Great home, terrific location

We enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed and comfortable home with an open layout to the screened in pool area. We especially liked the location with a short walk to the beach!
