This luxury condo with panoramic ocean views was just completely remodeled and features all-new bathrooms, furniture, decor, linens, cookware, and tableware. Its ideal location is only steps away from fabulous snorkeling and little more than a mile from Cozumel Town Center.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and a double-sink vanity in the bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed and a full bath, plus there’s a half-bath in the living area.

Relax amid all the amenities of home — high-speed internet, U.S. cable and movie channels on a new 65-inch smart TV; free phone service for US, Canadian, and local numbers; a fully equipped kitchen; an outdoor grill on the sweeping balcony; and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Palmar is a luxury eight-story building on beautifully landscaped grounds boasting a vast saltwater pool with shaded seating, the only hot tub on the island of Cozumel, a fully equipped gym and tennis court, a half basketball court, a children’s playground, and 24-hour security. The building has 2 elevators.

Water in the building is purified and safe to drink, and the freezer has an ice maker. In addition, there is a hot/cold potable water dispenser in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with assorted snacks, beer, wine, bottled water, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper to get your vacation started right. Appliances include a toaster, a microwave oven and a coffee maker. We provide beach towels, and pool floats are available on request.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.

The workout facility is fully equipped with weights, treadmills, and a stair stepper; tennis and basketball equipment is available on request.

Optional concierge services such as grocery shopping, housekeeping, and cooking services are available for reasonable fees. Please contact us for more information about how we may accommodate you to make your trip more relaxing and memorable.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a profesional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We also leave a day between guests for each unit whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

This condo also has a safe.

Guests have access to salt water pool, hot tub, tennis, fitness facility, playground, free parking, lobby, and all common areas.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.
