CASA MERMAID - Newly Redecorated Condo On The 6th Floor

With all the comforts of home, this nice condo offers so many amenities. In this condo, we offer American TV programming, a large TV and free Wi-Fi with 100 Mb downland and comfortable bedrooms.

In the kitchen, we have American supplies and it is fully equipped.

There is a terrace with an AMAZING ocean view, a perfect dining table and a Weber grill.

This place is close to downtown and several restaurants within walking distance.

The master bedroom offers a King Size bed and private bathroom with double sink.
The second bedroom has 2 Twins beds which we can accommodate together to made a King Size bed, please let us know if you prefer to have the bed as 2 twins or 1 king.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

This is a beautiful condo. It was perfect and perfect for our family. The pool was awesome and there are restaurants within walking distance. Our host was super accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in great location. Perfect for families who have visited Cozumel a few times before but looking for more of a home away from home type of experience.

Best view in Cozumel

Palmar is our “go-to” every time! We love the property and we love the management. There’s not a better view on the island ! We already are planning our next trip!

Another awesome time in Cozumel

This was our 3rd time to stay at Palmar Condos and once again Chris and Victoria provided an excellent home away from home. The room was clean, well stocked with all we needed and with a fabulous view of beautiful Cozumel waters. We will definitely return to Palmar Condos again.

Perfect Condo in Cozumel

Just as advertised and better. We've been coming to the island for at least twice a year for 20 plus years. This condo was by far our best stay. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic property

We were very impressed with the property. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The view is phenomenal! The hosts are very fast to respond to any inquiries. The property is close to many good restaurants and bars. Downtown is a quick $5 cab ride away. We would stay here again!

Another good stay

Repeat visitor to Palmar Condos using the same property management company. As with past trips, this condo was perfect. Recently updated, well stocked, super clean, great views! Condo property also has the friendly staff around. We will be back and will use the same property management company again.

Cozumel June 24

This property was just perfect for our quick, last minute 5 day stay. We have stayed at several units in this complex & this one did NOT disappoint!!! Bed was comfy, shower was great, Very clean & well stocked with everything we needed... cookware, towels, bags, beach needs. But, of course.. THE VIEW!!! You cannot beat it! So relaxing to enjoy breakfast on the balcony & watch the ships come into port. Thanks for a wonderful stay...

Spacious and Like New, Near everything you need

Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom right across the street from the ocean and snorkeling. You can pretty much just find a way down to the water by stairs nearby at Stingray Beach or climb down some rocky steps. Or pop into a bar and use their easy in and easy out stairs into the water. The island is made of Lava Rock so their is a lot of things to see in the water. Just Rent a vehicle for the week and drive south on the beach road. Anywhere where you can stop your vehicle and park is fine for just jumping into the water. Check out Chankanaab, there is a small fee to use their park, and checkout Paradise Beach. Paradise Beach has a sandy beach area, huge floating water toys, and also a lathe pool and bar with food. Take a taxi to Downtown San Miguel. You can eat authentic Italian food at Guidos or try La Casa Mission, for fabulous authentic mechanics fare. There is Palmeros, right on the main street, which is where you might ask to get dropped off anyway. That is more c ommercialized. The cost of the taxi was about $7-8 US. It is very inexpensive to eat a really big 5 star meal including drinks and apoetizers. .
