Winter Texans, fellow Texans, or out of state or the country “Texans” .... this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath coastal charmer stands ready to help you make memories that last a lifetime. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot located right in the heart of Port Aransas. The open living area boasts of ample seating with a modern sofa, 2 accent chairs with plush pillows, a flat-screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining area has a table with seating for 6, great for enjoying meals or a game of cards. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, pantry and plenty of counter space to accommodate your cooking needs. The bar has plenty of room for prepping and has additional seating with 4 stools. There is also a half bath under the stairwell. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (BR1) which has a Queen size bed, wall-mounted TV, built-in bedside tables and closet. The ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower with a glass enclosure. Guest room 2 (BR2) is a nautical theme and has a Twin over Full bunk bed and wall-mounted TV. (BR3) is comprised of a Queen size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV and built-in bedside tables. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom which has a stand-alone shower with a glass door. The stackable washer and dryer is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large, shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately four blocks from the beach.
