Please note: The hot tub will be clean upon your arrival. Follow all posted rules at the property for the using the hot tub. If the hot tub needs drained, cleaned and filled after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed. Our staff takes pre and post stay pictures of the hot tub and we are happy to share those with you should the fee be charged.

Host was great, house was great, location was great. Some minor issues: Living Room TV was too complicated and we never located the remote for the master bedroom. Two rolls of paper towels was not enough. And the house could use a few more kitchen hand towels. Like I said, minor issues. Place was great and we had a blast

Perfect wine country stay- the house was beautifully appointed, and incredibly spacious. The pool and outdoor setting is amazing, beds are comfortable and kitchen was wonderfully stocked for dinners in. We can’t wait to come back.

Pool Paradise

The house and property were absolutely amazing! The beautifully landscaped grounds created a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool and hot tub were very well maintained. We cooked at the house every night, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the cooking equipment we could possibly need. Also, having two full refrigerators was a huge bonus for our large group.Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Wow! If we could give this property 10 stars, we would. The home is beautiful, fully equipped, and the outdoor space is amazing. Furnishings are very comfortable, and bedrooms are laid out to ensure privacy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The two refrigerators were perfect for our family as we ate the majority of our meals together at the house. Bathrooms each had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Many dining space options allow you to dine indoors or out. Pool was fabulous-we used it every day. I would highly recommend this property for a large group or family. Host was quick to respond, and property is very well maintained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Fun for all

This was a wonderful home to spend time with family and friends in. Pool and hot tub and game room area were big hits. Lovely large yard area with firepit has room for all.

Top rated home

So difficult to find a really good house for a large family to stay in. This house is that really good house. Plentiful rooms and bathrooms and a great upstairs game room. The kitchen was fabulous with all the dishes, pots & pans, glasses, cooking utensils, and coffee cups and any thing else you would need to prepare great meals . You can cook, and bake to your heart’s content! The property manager was extremely prompt And cordial in communications. Nice neighborhood, and for us, 45 minutes to excellent cross country skiing in the Oregon blue mountains. The downtown area was very nice with scads of wine tasting rooms for the plentiful wineries in the area. The hot tub was great, but since we visited in the wonder holiday season, the pool was not open. We would Happily stay here again!

Wonderful for a group

7 long-time friends on an annual trip for golf, food, and relaxation, and to a person we agreed this is the best property we've ever rented. Spacious, rooms for everybody, great pool and hot tub, and a really well-equipped kitchen - which is critical for us. Highly recommended for friend trips, family reunions, or anything else where you need room, luxury, and comfort.

Great family vacation

We rented Villa Bella Vista for a family getaway. Our group ranges in age from 10 to 82 and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. We had something come up so we texted with the manager and the response was great. The only thing I’d consider if renting this property again is the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There’s an odd configuration upstairs where you need to walk thru a bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. Not the end of the world as we were all family. We’ll rent again when we’re back in Walla Walla

Great family place

Our family of 8 had plenty of space and loved the pool! We had an issue with the hot water, but as soon as we let management know someone came right over to fix it! The only draw back was so many flies inside and outside the house.

Beautiful Home...

We had 10 adults and 5 teens stay for a long weekend and everybody loved the house and yard and especially the pool. Looking forward to booking a trip next summer as well.

Minutes away from wineries, but you might not want to leave.

This property is gorgeous! Super easy check-in/check-out process. The home was completely ready for our group of 12 adults. It is right off a roadway, but honestly we barely noticed. The landscaping is beautifully done and will continue getting better as the newer plantings mature. This home was perfect for our couples Walla Walla trip! Villa Bella Vista is a short drive from numerous great wineries! We actually didn't plan as many winery visits this time around because we wanted to enjoy the home. We loved the peaceful pool and patio area. Plenty of seating and space to hang out. We didn't end up using the fire pit as the weather did not cooperate with us. It looks very nice though. Bluetooth music control was easy to hook up and the volume for the patio/game room/kitchen could be adjusted individually with the wall controls. In the evenings, we had plenty of space to hang out in the living room or gather around the large dining table. A much appreciated amenity that we just haven't seen other places is two refrigerators! With the number of guests the home accommodates, the space was very helpful. They did have trouble keeping up with our demand of ice though. I'd recommend grabbing a bag of ice on your way in if you're making a lot of icy drinks. There are plenty of glassware, dishes and kitchen necessities. The chefs of the group were very pleased with the kitchen and outdoor cooking space.

Tea Ladies Gathering

Wow!! As each lady arrived (there are 10 of us) and they saw the Villa and all the amenities. 6 of us stayed at the Villa but all of us used the Villa to gather after our events in Walla Walla. It was perfect for sharing time with friends that had been meeting together for 36 years and were unable to do so during Covid. We are all well-travelled ladies and the Villa exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful vacation

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The beds were all cozy, and the bathrooms well-stocked. The house has some deferred maintenance, most noticeably, the doors need work. We would love to have had a few more kitchen items since we did make dinners there. Plastic wine glasses for outside, and a good bottle opener top that list. That being said, the property worked great for us. The property manager was very responsive, and we would stay there again.

Great Stay!

House was exactly how it was described. We didn't need any extra help, but the host made it easy to check in and check out and made expectations very clear. It was a great house to host our family's annual new year gathering.
