Grand-Craftsman Estate - pied de la ville

La rue Birch immobiliÚre est une des grandes demeures de Walla Walla. Construit en 1912 et amoureusement mis à jour en 2014, ce 4800 pieds carrés à domicile est idéal pour les grands groupes (qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 18 invités #). Tous les trois histoires ont des zones de couchage privés et salles de bain complÚtes.

La cuisine a été rénové avec tous les nouveaux appareils. L'ßle de granit large et ample ustensiles de cuisine feront la préparation des repas un délice. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes. La salle des médias du bas a des canapés confortables en cuir (y compris un canapé-lit queen-size) pour toute la bande de recueillir et de regarder des films. La cour privée entiÚrement clÎturée a une grande terrasse avec des siÚges pour 18 et cour pour manger en plein air, barbecue et relaxant.

L'immobilier est un court de deux pùtés de rue Walla Walla, Whitman College Campus, des dizaines de vins salles de dégustation, boutiques et restaurants.

Our stay at Birch St. Estates was absolutely wonderful! Our group of 5 couples fit perfectly. The home's well-appointed kitchen, large gathering room, friendly large porch, and its proximity to downtown make this a house we will definitely book again.

Perfect house size for girls weekend !

Everything was great. We do wish the front door was able to be used. The rocking chairs on the porch are perfect for morning coffee and evening wine chats. However having to go thru the back door to access the front porch was a little inconvenient. Hopefully you fix this before we come back !

Great Walla Walla rental

Great house, great location, great price

6 of us stayed for a girls weekend and loved it. Walking distance to down town, amazing kitchen for making meals and hanging out. Very easy check in/out process and a great price for us all to have our own beds. Would 100% stay there again. One of the ladies left her makeup and the host arranged to have it shipped home. Wonderful. 4 stars on listing accuracy just because there was some confusion where the listed number of rooms changed after we booked, but we had everything we needed/expected.

Friends Weekend

We had a group of 14 staying in the house and used every bit of space, which was fantastic. Great location to access downtown walking and with lots of room to visit together or in smaller groups. Loved the mixture of updates and history found at this home. The management company was great to deal with and resolve anything that was a question very quickly. Thanks for making this one of our best get togethers ever.

An amazing property

This was an amazing property to hold a board retreat. Host communication was wonderful and very helpful. The property is within walking distance of town and we walked into town for dinner at wonderful local restaurants. We have agreed we would be happy to hold our retreat here again and it suited our needs perfectly.

Fabulous Home and Location

Large beautiful home with lots of community space and large bedrooms. While built in 1912, it is well-maintained and a beautiful home with lots of wood detailing. The kitchen is well-stocked. Would love to stay again.

beautiful house, great for large groups of people. Large kitchen made it great for entertaining also great to unwind. Easy walk to downtown. Would have liked to have known about the construction ahead of our visit to streamline the route to the house. Also a note about the shared driveway and the next door neighbor rules about sharing it.

Girls weekend

The backyard, deck & outdoor furniture were not very inviting or clean. The whole area needed a complete polish. We had to clean off the back & front outdoor furniture and wash the windows so we could see out of them. There was no hose so we did it by hand. The kitchen needs to be stocked with plastic wrap, (only had foil) and some cleaning supplies like windex, etc.. We had a lovely stay and the place was nice just a couple of suggestions.

Lovely

House is great for big groups and has just about everything you need. We hosted a huge dinner and wine tasting one night and it was perfect. 2 dining tables made it great for our group as did the size of the kitchen. It's a lovely house but has old bones. The downstairs bedrooms are very noisy from upstairs noise and one has a pipe running above so anytime there is running water or a toilet flush you will here it. There is also only one TV in the house and that is in the downstairs area. We stayed in the summer and the lower levels stayed nice and cool however the four bedrooms upstairs was a little warm at night. The host was very accommodating and would definitely stay there again with a big group.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful location this past weekend to celebrate my wedding. We were absolutely amazed by this residence. Everything was perfect! The check in process was easy and we appreciated the thoughtful gift they provided. The house was big enough to accommodate my family and I. It was spacious and clean. Great getaway

Wonderful Wine Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for our large group of friends and family for our 3rd annual wine weekend getaway. We appreciated the large kitchen for cooking and gathering and we all thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved the location of the house as it was an easy walk to downtown to tasting rooms and dinner. We would definitely stay here again!
