Welcome to our luxury oasis in Dania Beach, Florida! This modern 3-bed, 2-bath beach home, situated between FLL and MIA international airports, offers an upscale retreat for families or snowbirds wanting to experience the best of sunny Florida. Impeccably designed with a contemporary aesthetic, our home is a delightful blend of comfort and style.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-concept living area with high ceilings and an airy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying quality time with loved ones. The space features a 70-inch 4K LED TV, ultra-fast 1200MB WiFi, and seamlessly transitions into a double oven kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Every room is furnished with 4K LED HD TVs for private viewing pleasure, while the master bedroom houses a king-size bed and boasts direct pool access for those relaxing afternoons.
The outdoors comes alive with a private pool area, complete with seating ideal for family barbecues or sun-soaked reading sessions. Commemorating the true spirit of Florida, we provide beach and pool essentials like towels, chairs, a tent, and even a wagon for your beach escapades.
Families with infants are accommodated with a pack-n-play and baby feeding chair available upon request. For convenience, the home includes access to a utility area equipped with a washer and dryer, with fresh towels, bathroom toiletries, and linens thoughtfully provided.
Placed near vibrant Miami and Fort Lauderdale, our tenants are ideally positioned to indulge in local dining, sports, attractions, and shows for the complete Florida experience. Despite our welcoming pets up to 35lbs, our home isn't wheelchair-accessible and observes quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
At this luxury beachfront oasis, we aim to provide a slice of sun-kissed luxury and a home away from home. As your hosts, we're always available, just a phone call away, to ensure a delightful and worry-free vacation! For your safety, there are security cameras in front and behind the home.

Outstanding property. Listing was very accurate. Host was very responsive to any communications I sent. Location was ideal for our needs! Would definitely stay there again if headed back to Dania Beach!

Absolutely loved it!

We stayed here with our whole family (3 adults, 1 toddler) and absolutely loved it. The property was just as described and the our hosts were super helpful before and throughout the stay. The location was also convenient with easy access to beaches, and things to do for both our toddler and ourselves. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and cozy

The house was clean and smelled fresh and sweet. The pool was clean and warm. There was nothing unexpected there, everything looked just like in the pictures and even nicer... The hosts were super friendly and communicated easily and quickly. It's an adorable cozy house and we definitely had the best time ever in there... The hosts even left a bottle of champagne and a cute handwritten note for us to enjoy our stay. The beds and linens were very comfortable

Beautiful house in dania beach

House is new, clean and fresh. Neighborhood felt safe. Gorgeous decor and state of the art appliances. Close to public and walgreens. Lana is quick to respond and very eager to help. The pool isnt heated so keep that in mind if you are visiting in winter months. We lounged at the pool area and relaxed on floaties in the pool,but rented a swimply one day to actually swim. That being said i would stay here again even in the winter knowing that the pool isnt heated because of how beautiful and clean it is and because of how helpful Lana our host was. We had a great stay!
