The property has a great location that is very close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and bunk beds were great for the kiddos. The rooms were nicely decorated and the master suite was spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. And that we could walk to the beach. Besides a couple dirty dishes everything was clean. The only complaint I have is the lack of response from the owner. I had messaged them twice on the app and got 0 replies. Regardless, we still loved the place and really enjoyed our vacation

Had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Beach was a short walk. Our three kids enjoyed it too!

Indian Rocks is now my 2nd favorite beach, next to Lanikai on Oahu. We will be back soon! The apartment was comfortable and beach access so easy. It gets humid in the master bedroom when the dryer is running, but really enjoyed the easy beach access.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! The descriptions were accurate and it is clean. The beach chairs and umbrella are getting rough, but still work. I would recommend it. The walk to the beach isn’t far and it is straight down the street.

Beth, thank you for the feedback. The beach gear gets so much wear and tear, we do our best to replace them frequently. We keep extras on site, in a storage unit so if a guest has an issue, we can have replacements for them quickly. Were glad you all enjoyed the stay, we'd love to host you again if you're in the area again.

Our second time renting this unit. Bright and clean. Has everything you need. Bed linens, towels, washer, dryer, all kitchen dishes and utensils. Quiet unit with a great pool. So close to the beach and restaurants if needed. We absolutely love it!

We were there for a quick weekend and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Easily walkable! Great overall location too. Close to Clearwater beach, restaurants, and coffee. Beds and couch were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. It is easy to walk to the beach and there are great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The place comfortably fit our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. There was beach gear that came in handy (umbrellas, chairs, toys). It was a great area to stay, and while there were regularly people on the beach, it wasn’t too crowded.

This home was a very good place for us just to get away for the week. It is in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful beach!

This is the first VRBO we have booked. The booking process, check in and check out was seamless. I had a question and the manager responded quickly. We were a little skeptical when we pulled up and the outside is slightly run down however, the inside was updated and lovely. The teen girls loved the decor. It was clean and only two blocks from the beach. Pool is nice but not a lot of sun gets through the trees. Easy access to shops and food. We would book it again.

Hi Tracy, thank you for your feedback. The outside has seen better days after 2 back to back hurricanes. We have the deck and staircase being replaced during slow season coming up, and we'll be painting the unit a new color to give it more curb appeal. We are glad you all still were able to enjoy your stay!
