Our King Suite water view suite has a private patio on the back of unit. There is a private bathroom located off the bedroom along with a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dinnerware for all your cooking needs. We offer a pool, grills, bikes, kayaks, paddle board, fishing dock and more. We also have beach chairs and wagons available on a first come basis. We are located on the north end of Clearwater Beach and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Each unit has a single vehicle parking sport at no extra charge.

Great Stay

Overall my family and I were very impressed with our stay. We were close to the beach and places to eat but also had some piece and quiet. We hope to return in the future.

Great 40th Anniversary

The room is very clean and well kept. close enough to all the action but very quit when at the room. beach is only 3 blocks walk. loved sitting out on the dock.

Spring training

Too many children monopolize the pool. Had no hot water for 2 days. Nice little balcony. Noisy in the morning. Great location. Was given an early check-in which was nice. Would come back to the area but not this place.

Filthy floors

Floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes during our entire stay, the shower was rigged up in such a way that you had to be right against the shower wall to get under the water, the toilet is right up to a sink, maybe an inch or 2 clearance, pictures of the unit are definitely deceiving. The front desk lady was very kind.

I am sorry you did not bring the dirty floor issue to our attention, we recently changed cleaning services and have nothing but high praise from out guests regarding this service change. We have never received A complaint regarding the shower but I will have our maintenance person take a look at your issue. As far as pictures, in January we had a professional photographer take all new photos of each unit so they are very accurate and current. I am sorry if you felt mislead regarding the photos.
