We offer gas grills, bikes, kayaks and paddleboard along with beach chairs, wagons and more. Each unit has one parking spot assigned to unit at no additional cost. Boutique motel located in the quiet north end of Clearwater Beach with only a 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.

It was a nice stay but we could have done without the drilling, and racket on and off for 3 weeks. They were remodeling a unit above us and it radiated to our condo.

Pros: The property was beautiful and convenient. Great views of the bay and walkable to the beach. I also loved how friendly all of the guests were. It was close enough to the beach but not in the middle of the busy strip. Cons: The unit we were in was not remodeled therefore the furniture was old and dated and the bathroom was small and old. I definitely would go for an updated unit next time. Although it was old feeling it was clean although I didn’t like that at check out we put all towels in the tub to be washed but they specifically say to leave sheets and bedding on the bed. That makes me question if the sheets are being washed each time. Also at one point a fuse blew in our room because we were using the hair dryer and the iron. We had to call then we had to follow directions to find the box and fix it ourselves. It wasn’t hard but they weren’t even sure where the box for the unit was located, so that was a bit of a pain. Other than the outdated furniture and worn appearance of our unit and the short fuse, we had a great stay. I would recommend this property but would suggest a remodeled unit.
