Great property & awesome location

This property met and exceeded all expectations from accuracy of photographs, cleanliness of the room / grounds, and location to everything going on. The staff was all friendly and numerous times a day we saw them keeping up with cleanliness and details around the property. It's definitely family-friendly but also very close to good nightlife. 100% would stay again and recommend to friends.

Clean and Accurate

The actual room was clean and the listing was accurate. It is a little too tight if you have grown children. For 2 adults and 3 little kids it would probably be fine

Pelican Point #223

Great family vacation spot! Staff was friendly and prompt with anything we needed. The room was clean and online pictures reflect true appearance. The pool was a nice size, clean and warm. Clearwater Beach was right across the street, close to shops and restaurants. The room could use a new paint job and the outdoor areas could use some updating. Things to note would be to bring your own hair dryer because the one provided is small and the back screen is broken and had to be held on. Bring your own paper towel/napkins because that is not provided in the kitchen area but a was cloth, towel, cups, plates, silverware and a coffee maker is. Overall, we had an amazing time in Clearwater Beach and the hotel/VRBO met our family’s needs. We would definitely go back!
