Private waterfront home near the mouth of the Caloosahatchee river. Great fishing for snapper, snook, sheepshead etc right from the backyard. If you prefer to look and not catch there are frequent dolphin and manatee sightings as well! You can kayak out to see the beautiful Ft. Myers sunsets or just be a beach bum as this property has it all! Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants but still only a 5 minute drive to the beach! Home sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds in bedrooms, a queen pullout couch, and a bunk room. House has brand new floors, remodeled bathrooms, and new open air patio and saltwater pool with tanning deck. 5minutes to Bunche beach, 12 to Ft. Myers beach and 20 to sanibel!

We absolutely ADORED our time here. The neighborhood is so blissfully quiet that we were able to easily unwind!The house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The pool was spotless! We can’t say enough good about this place. We will be repeat visitors for sure!

Great Stay

We came into town for a baseball tournament and had a great stay. Fishing and kayaking in the canal was a great way to entertain when we weren’t playing. Pool was nice and grill was great for cooking. The house was perfect!

This house had everything we needed in a convenient location. Thank you!

We were in Ft. Myers to visit relatives at Shell Point Retirement Community, so this location was very convenient. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay and to prepare some quick meals. Wish we would have had more time to make use of the patio and pool; it looked lovely!

Mini vacation with family to visit family.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had is that we had to move food around in the fridge so we could store our food and drinks. Will definitely recommend to my family that visits there often.

Jennifer was very quick to answer the questions i asked, never ledt me hanging. The house had everything, we did most of our eating at the vrbo and nothing was needed, and they had really awesome pans! The pool and view are amazing, the fishing was fun with the provided poles, and the kayaks were great to take out with our young kids to the mouth of the river. All the things needed for our 2 beach trips were provided and enough for 6 people, which was amazing. 11/10 will definitely recommend to other visitors and stay again when we visit Fort Myers again!

Great getaway for the family

Our party of 7 had an amazing time at sunny days oasis! The house was stocked with everything we needed and the pool was beyond what we expected! Jennifer was very responsive and so kind! We have already talked about renting it again down the road!

Sunny days

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and well stocked. Location was close to everything. I recommend a 5 minute drive to Bunche Beach for sunset. Jennifer was super helpful with any questions we had. We had family over for dinner and the grill, pool and firepit made it a cozy holiday evening to remember. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great location, just minutes to sanibel or ft myers. The pool was warm and clean and in great condition. Being right on the water at the end of the canal made for a beautiful and private outdoor space. The house is well stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, fishing poles, a grill and fire pit. And the owner was very responsive - I had answers to questions in a matter of minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend or return for another stay.

Location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The camera in the back would chime and the round light around the camera lens would light up periodically when we were in the backyard. Otherwise it was a great house.

Wonderful, clean gem! Stylishly decorated cozy home.

Jennifer is a fantastic host. She communicated promptly, with all details needed. She cared about our stay and experience and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The pool is lovely and has a great view of the canal. We spent so much time on the back covered patio and pool area. The house has newly been renovated with tasteful neutral colors that gives a peaceful yet cozy feel. The air conditioner works really well, the kitchen is updated and the laundry machines are new. I fully recommend this wonderful property.

Comfortable and Well-Stocked | Responsive and Communicative

We could not have asked for anything more from this property or from our host. The house was clean, well-appointed, the perfect layout for our party (3 adults) with 3BR/2BA, quiet, comfortable and had a great view of the pool and the canal. Jennifer, the host, was amazing. She quickly responded to all of our questions and was in touch with us, as appropriate, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was super flexible on some special requests that we had, too, which made us feel like we were "friends" rather than "owner/renter." Because of our schedule, we weren't able to enjoy the pool as much as we'd planned but it was beautiful, clean and a great temperature. I do not hesitate to recommend this property or this host. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Perfect!

Our first time and must say it was the best! The communication was excellent which makes for a comfortable and stress free experience. The setting couldn’t have been any better. Perfect size and clean, well maintenance and up to date home. The resources and commodities were an added touch that were much appreciated. I understand why most lock all their items up, but we respect property and it was nice to be able to use all accessories. The pool was perfect for the kids; especially coming home from a long day at the beach. Highly recommend an early kayak trip as I seen dolphins while out. We paid for the dolphin two hour jet ski tour and seen not a single one lol I highly recommend this place and will be back. Thanks for this amazing family vacation!!!

Cute house, close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and his friend got alot of use out of the pool in the back yard. Located on a canal, was quiet. About 15 mins from the downtown area, and beach a access. There was alot to do, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended.

Awesome house and host

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sunny Days Oasis. The house was very clean and Jennifer was very easy to contact with any questions and responded promptly. The pool was amazing and the view from the pool was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Our family loves to be near the water so we were looking for a house close to the beach but also on the water so that we can kayak and fish. This house checked all the boxes. All renovations which will include new bathrooms, new seawall, and new pool and patio, will be complete by April 2021 and ready for renters to enjoy the property as much as we do!
