Belle villa dans un endroit bien en vue dans le style Key West avec immense piscine ouverte + jacuzzi et deux ascenseurs à bateaux, rampe de bateau privé et plage privée! Profitez de la Sonnaufgang sur le porche! Dès le premier Étage, ils ont une vue magnifique sur le paradis de palme verte!
La villa a 2 lits superposés dans la partie supérieure est le salon avec cheminée et coin lecture, cuisine, salle à manger, 2 véranda avec vue sur le canal, la piscine et la rivière, ainsi que 3 chambres (maître lit king, deux lits queen) et 2.5 salles de bains (baignoire principale avec bain à remous et une grande douche) - dans la partie inférieure, vous trouverez une autre chambre (lit), une salle de bains avec accès à la piscine et un salon avec une télévision de 65 pouces, dressing, buanderie et l'accès à un double garage privé.
Le RIESEIGE Pool Area possède une piscine plus grande que la moyenne avec jacuzzi et de nombreuses occasions de prendre le soleil, ainsi qu'un pavillon avec coin repas et barbecue à gaz sur le canal droit / Riverview. Un autre point fort est la cheminée avec des sièges à l'ascenseur de bateau privé.
La piscine a toute la journée SUN !!!

Despite chilly weather, this stay was PERFECT for a multi-generational family trip. Multiple living areas, clean bedrooms, excellent amenities (hot tub, pool, etc), and proximity to airport/Sanibel.

Beautiful place and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins

Very nice big home, had what we needed, heated swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. Host was very nice and took care of any needs that came up. We would stay here again!

Great stay - April 2024

Lovely property with great facilities including heated outdoor pool. Spacious bedrooms and living areas and the kitchen has everything required with easy to use appliances if staying in to eat. Given the riverside location it is a few minutes drive to get anywhere but would recommend for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay

Very nice property. It is definitely not new like the listing says, but the property is still very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are staying for more than a couple days make sure you stop at the store and grab toilet paper, soap to wash dishes, and garbage bags as they only provide what’s there.

Fantastic home

Fantastic home to stay for a week or longer. House had a wonderful beachy feel. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Kids enjoyed catching a variety of fish off the dock. Enjoyed seeing dolphins on the canal. Location was was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in ideal location

We love staying at the Kuper family's home! We vacationed there with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We made good use of the pool, which was heated and warm every day. We also rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock on the channel. We can't wait to go back next year!

Great Stay

The house was amazing! Checking in was simple. The pool with hot tub and grilling area was a relaxing place to hang out when we weren’t at the beach. We even had two dolphins out in the canal behind the house one day. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was convenient, we were just a short drive from the beach and several great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great base for family holiday

My brother's family and mine stayed for five nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Our group included three teenagers and two couples and the space was perfect for us. Everyone could spread out and have their own space, and we appreciated the multiple common areas where we could gather, including the large pool area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Anni was very responsive to any question that we had. The location was perfect for us as our parents live very nearby. We all agreed we would happily stay here again!

Happy and Serene

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was so beautiful and beachy! Everything was clean and well kept, very spacious! There is a lovely pool and Jacuzzi on a large patio over looking the water. It has a large garage and a boat ramp! The manager/owners were so patient, kind, attentive, and accommodating. We will truly miss working with them. We hope one day to return again! Thank you so much for everything you did to help us during our stay! We truly felt at home! :-)

Little hidden paradise on the water

We had a summer vacation with our family in June. The house was decorated very unique and beachy, with the layout perfect for our family with the master and two bedrooms on the main floor and another bedroom with bath on the bottom floor. We were able to dock our boat at the house in the water & fish on the dock. It was nice having our boat assessable so we can go out on the water at any time and be only 20-25 minutes from Sanibel. The pool was relaxing and clean along with the spa. The outside grounds, pool deck, house exterior could use some upgrades, however, still beautiful with the perfect Florida vibe. We would definitely stay again!

The property manager was responsive in our requests. There was enough room for everyone. Great house, great pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen. We did experience a lot of bugs, “no see ums” in Florida due to vacationing in July! They were horrible and ate our ankles up. Def stock up on bug spray and citronella candles.

Major ant problem in kitchen! Homeowner did call someone to take car of it. Pool cover was in bad shape and fell apart more every time we took it off
