We loved our stay at this fabulous one-bedroom property on the Intracoastal Waterway! The unit was spotless, cute, and perfectly maintained — you can tell the owners take great pride in keeping it welcoming and well-stocked with everything you could need. The view of the Intracoastal was absolutely beautiful, and we loved relaxing while watching the boats go by.The location couldn’t be better — just a five-minute walk to the beach and about eight minutes to Atlantic Avenue, where all the great restaurants and shops are. It’s the perfect spot for two people to relax and enjoy everything Delray Beach has to offer. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The location can’t be beat and the property is awesome! I was in town to visit family and it was the perfect spot and a great place to stay. Definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Perfect retreat

We loved everything about this perfect retreat in Delray. The unit is in a gated, secure complex and was super clean, very nicely decorated, had a lot of interesting books there, bed is very comfortable, kitchen had everything (and more!) that we needed, and we loved the outdoor area of the unit and the complex. We enjoyed sitting outside by the canal (saw dolphins a few times) and we enjoyed sitting by the pool. The unit's beautiful patio is also very comfortable with many outdoor plants. Atlantic Dunes beach is very close by and we enjoyed going there several times; although beach umbrella and chairs were provided at the unit, we chose to rent at the beach since comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas are already set up. Although I love kids and have kids, I really enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness of adults only complex (I could be wrong and it's just this unit is adults only, but we didn't see any kids.) The people we encountered were all very pleasant. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return in the future! Thank you to the owners for providing this perfect retreat -- we highly recommend their unit!

Relax and Recover

Our little bungalow was the perfect place for recovery from a cancer procedure. It was very clean and very quiet, except one day when power washers came to wash all day. While we appreciate that this property is well maintained and clean, it was unexpected. We did not have much communication from the owners but we did receive what we needed. Other friendly renters showed us where the laundry was and a clothes line. They also gave us some tips of where to eat and how to use the free golf cart taxi. The water pressure was very low in the shower, but the clean and quiet helped us overlook that. The outside patio was our favorite. We sat there many hours reading, talking and just watching the boats go by on the canal. The jumping fish and little lizards were quite entertaining as well. The pool was also very clean and refreshing.

This is a real gem. Clean, comfortable, near everything. Beautiful views of the Intercoastal and close to the Ocean. Lovely pool and grounds. Owners are very helpful. Would be delighted to recommend and return.

What a delight to stay in David and Jocelyn’s beautiful comfortable home! They were responsive to every need. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you’d like to cook. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Abundant books to read. Great pool. Beach chairs and towels for the beach which is less than a five minute walk. Sunset over the inter coastal from the patio every night. Just perfect!

Excellent experience

This was our first time using VRBO for vacationing, it was a great experience and we will definitely do it again! This property was a mini home away from home! Very well maintained, had all the conveniences needed, coffee maker, makeup mirror, large closet space, beach chairs and umbrella, TV (didn’t use). We were able to walk to the beach so we did not have to pay to park which was a bonus! Location was excellent, very quiet property, used the pool a few times which was smaller than expected but nice option to have. Great location, close to everything! This unit is very nicely decorated, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Owners were very informative and we even were able to get in to the unit early so we could unpack and enjoy the day!! We would highly recommend this to anyone!
