Lovely outdoor deck with gas grill, Gas table top fire pit, solar lights and seating for 14. This tiny, but quaint cottage sleeps five and is just steps to the beautiful beach at 9th Avenue and Hill Street. Two blocks away from the Sea Vista Tiki Bar(w/pool) on the beach. Famous Flagler Avenue with restaurants, bars with live music nightly, shopping, surf shops and shuffleboard courts is just a 10 minute walk away. New Smyrna Beach is 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach and LPGA. It’s a surf hub known for its beaches, including nearby Canaveral National Seashore. The coastal Smyrna Dunes Park has views of Ponce Inlet and its lighthouse. Downtown’s palm-lined Canal Street Historic District has art galleries, shops and the New Smyrna Museum of History. In New Smyrna Beach, there is something for everyone. From a vibrant local food scene to the performing and visual arts, we are the perfect choice for creating new family traditions. I’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this ranks near the top! The location is perfect for beach days, great dining and overall relaxing. NSB is one of the best beach towns in Florida and this place is ideal for families or couples looking for a great getaway.

Wonderful house and host

Perfect house location! You can walk to the beach, and enjoy the breeze from the adorable back courtyard area. Very peaceful getaway spot. We couldn't have asked for a better house or host!

Gorgeous and amazing location

Clean, Organized and great communication with the owner. We cannot wait to come back here and stay at this location. It was very well layed out and organized and the location to the beach was amazing. The street was quiet and private. Kudos to this vacation rental.

This is my second time staying here. It’s the perfect beach cottage for my weekend getaway. Not far from Flagler and a super short walk to the beach. Super clean and great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!

Great place. Nice not to have to cross major road to reach beach. Peaceful. Nice amenities in home. Would definitely do this place again. Daughter & 8yr old grandson stayed a couple of times,they have their own place in new smyrrna too. Home nicely equipped, just as advertised.

Litttle cottage close to the Ocean

Cant see Ocean from cottage. But you get the breezes and theres a nice outside area. Overall a great place. We will definitely return. Host was great to communicate with.

Quaint and beautiful

Keri’s place was perfect for us. The location was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was literally just steps from the beach. The cottage was clean and decorated adorably. Everything was perfection. Thank u Keri. This is our second visit to new Smyrna and we adore the area and your place.

Great beach house

Top-notch communication and the house was exactly as described. We loved it. Close to the grocery store and couldn't get much closer to the beach. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with a small family. Some may not care, but the shower was very hot, which is always high on my priority list, and the electronic keypad made it nice to not have to carry keys to the beach.

Love this Beach Retreat!

Large hotels & condos have all but taken over beach property, but this comfortable little cottage is just around the corner from a public beach access walkway (with both steps & ramp). It has everything you need & then some. It's clean & attractive. Beds are comfortable. Even the beach is great.We are both old scouts, and we like to leave a place better than we found it. Usually we can at least put a new battery in a remote or something, but we couldn't find anything to improve with this place. We only wished that we could have stayed longer, but we'll be back!

Sparkling clean little gem- steps to the Beach!

Loved our stay here. The home is exactly as described and sparkling clean. A very short walk to Beach and lived sitting out on the deck listening to the ocean. Home is well stocked with everything you need and is on a loveky quiet street. Very close to Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants and The Garlic and Norwood! We will definitely book again!

Nice small beach home great location

We had a great stay. My two teens and I enjoyed it. Pro's great location although technically not beach front might as well be. It is less then a 1 min walk to the beach. We took our dog to New Smyrna Dunes (dog friendly beach) in the mornings and spent the afternoons on the beach by the house. We liked being able to drive on the beach and still be a 1 min walk from the house if we needed something. They also have a shed with a lock that made storing our beach stuff easy. I would not call it a chef's kitchen but it has everything you need. We made lunch and breakfast there each day but went out for dinners. House has a gas grill and nice outdoor seating area. Provided good beech gear, towels, chairs umbrella and even brought us beach bikes! Owners were easy to work with and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Perfect for a couple or small family. Only con is 1 bathroom but we knew that coming in and made it work. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable little beach house… steps to the sand

This was our first time visiting New Smyrna beach. We loved it. The house was as advertised, it was nicely decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was readily available and made us feel welcome in her home. The outdoor space was nice…. With Plenty of seating and a fire pit. Despite not having a beach view….. it was literally steps away. …..Not even a half block to the beach and no major roads to cross. There is a dog friendly beach just down the road. The beach itself was not crowded at all in comparison to other areas we’ve visited over the years. We will definitely be back.

Great small beach house!

Loved the house - very convenient to the beach and everything else in New Smyrna. The property manager was extremely nice and quick to answer questions. A great location to bring your dog, as the street is very walkable. Loved the whole experience.

Convenient location

The property was the right size for our group of three. It was convenient to the beach since it is only one house away. We stayed there to be close to other friends who were renting a large house within walking distance. This new property was clean and communication with the property owners was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this property and location.

I aim to give my guests exceptional customer service and strive for 5 Star Reviews and HAPPY guests. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This little beach cottage is a gem that I bought site unseen ONLINE! The pictures did not do it justice with boarded up windows and dune grass covering the yard 4 feet high. But, the location is PRIME so I knew I found a Diamond in the rough. I loaded a utility trailer and drove over a thousand miles from Michigan to start the transformation. As a recent widow and soon-to-be retiree AND Empty Nester, my main asset was TIME! With the help of my parents and a few friends, I spent weeks emptying, cleaning, painting, fixing, shopping, decorating and transforming the house into a peaceful and beautiful vacation retreat! I loved the end result so much that I MOVED in while I contemplated my next life chapter. After 3 months of lazy beach days, tumultuous attempts at learning to surf, endless bike rides and purposeful walks into town, I landed a job as a Flight Attendant. My new role took me to Cheyenne, Wy for 4 grueling weeks of training to become a "Safety Professional" (who knew?) then down to S. Florida so I could be close to my base at MIA. I'm currently renting in Lauderdale By The Sea and planning to relocate back to NSB as soon as a base transfer becomes available. Until then, Mi Casa es Su Casa and I hope you'll enjoy the heck out of my tiny, but lovely little beach abode.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The washer and dryer is located in the shed and the key is hanging on the surfboard key chain on the wall to your left as you enter the home. Please always keep that shed locked up.
The gas grill is yours to use. Please clean the grill after each use and kindly let me know if gas runs out. If I'm able to swap it for a full one, I will ASAP! Otherwise, feel free to exchange it at Publix or anywhere convenient. If you are a BJ's member, there's one in Port Orange (15-20 up 95) and it's less than $15 to refill there.
Beach towels are available either in the shed or in the larger bedroom closet. There are also 6 beach chairs and a beach blanket available for use during your stay.
