This is the second time my family and myself has stayed at this property and we enjoy it more and more every time we stay. The host knew we were staying for my son’s birthday and she was sweet enough to leave cupcakes on the counter. The location is perfect and the home is cozy, we will definitely stay again!

Everything was well kept, except there were no garbage bags in kitchen or bath tissue in bathroom, luckily, we had our own, otherthan that the location was great...

I’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this ranks near the top! The location is perfect for beach days, great dining and overall relaxing. NSB is one of the best beach towns in Florida and this place is ideal for families or couples looking for a great getaway.

We loved the beach home. Excellent location, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Keri provided everything we needed during our stay. Such a cute home, with outdoor deck. Great communication with Keri. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and amazing location

Clean, Organized and great communication with the owner. We cannot wait to come back here and stay at this location. It was very well layed out and organized and the location to the beach was amazing. The street was quiet and private. Kudos to this vacation rental.

Dianna, I issued you a FULL refund as soon as you notified me of the AC issue. Additionally, the AC unit was repaired the very next day. When I spoke to you regarding the AC, you never mentioned there were cleaning issues. I've had nothing but praise regarding the cleanliness of this home and I'm very disappointed to learn this through a review. I pride myself on going above and beyond for my guests and will always do whatever I can to rectify problems as they arise when I'm notified during their stay.

This is my second time staying here. It’s the perfect beach cottage for my weekend getaway. Not far from Flagler and a super short walk to the beach. Super clean and great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!

She has a gold mine property great place to stay.

Great place. Nice not to have to cross major road to reach beach. Peaceful. Nice amenities in home. Would definitely do this place again. Daughter & 8yr old grandson stayed a couple of times,they have their own place in new smyrrna too. Home nicely equipped, just as advertised.

Litttle cottage close to the Ocean

Cant see Ocean from cottage. But you get the breezes and theres a nice outside area. Overall a great place. We will definitely return. Host was great to communicate with.

Quaint and beautiful

Keri’s place was perfect for us. The location was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was literally just steps from the beach. The cottage was clean and decorated adorably. Everything was perfection. Thank u Keri. This is our second visit to new Smyrna and we adore the area and your place.

Great beach house

Top-notch communication and the house was exactly as described. We loved it. Close to the grocery store and couldn't get much closer to the beach. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with a small family. Some may not care, but the shower was very hot, which is always high on my priority list, and the electronic keypad made it nice to not have to carry keys to the beach.
