Fully renovated home walking distance to Canal St.

Enjoy historic downtown New Smyrna at our fully renovated duplex. We are a 2 minute walk from Canal Street and the inter coastal, and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We provide towels and toilet paper for the bathroom. We provide a starter kit of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. We have beach towels available for your use. We have internet and both TV's( in living room and bedroom) are smart TVs. We provide HULU Live and Disney+ for your convenience. Please note; We have enough beds to sleep 6 people. However, we do not have a kitchen table to seat 6. There are 4 bar stools at the island and also 3 moveable side tables in the living room that can be used to eat on.

This house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. One block walk to a while street of restaurants and shops. We have family in the area and we will definitely be letting other family members know of this house!

Reading Retreat

Great walkable location

Loved the great walkable location to fantastic restaurants and park in downtown business district. Great privacy fenced yard. Property manager provided immediate attention to any issues.

Location is great!

Location was why we picked this VRBO. House was clean. Walls to other side of duplex are thin and we could hear the tv but otherwise quiet. Smart TVs were a bonus.

Bob Ross Paint Class Trip

This VRBO was very nice and clean..was located perfectly for us.......so many restaurants to choose from very close....and we were only 2 miles from out class. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked... Only slight inconvenience was that parking was on the street--first come...first serve...or in a lot behind the house....VRBO did not have a driveway. Also, the VRBO was a duplex...People rented the other side the last two nights we were there and voices and TV were a little too hearable for us---so the walls between the two duplex spaces were not very sound proofed.....and the people brought their dog that barked til wee hours of morning when the people went out for evening...This, of course is not the fault of the VRBO...but maybe they should "re-think" allowing pets in the VRBO... We definitely were going to say that we would rent again....but the allowing of pets is a consideration...if you want to guarantee a good night's sleep. We were there for 6 nights and slept great for 4.....

Everything about this place was great. Location, clean and updated. Communication w/ host was clear, prompt, and friendly. It’s so close to everything and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Property was very nice. Yard was great for our dogs. The only negative was that the adjoining unit had neighbors that were very noisy and could be heard through the shared wall. Still, great place, overall.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect for everything on Canal St. House was very comfortable and decorated really nice. Very clean and host communicated well. We would definitely stay again!
