Easy Breezy is a short walk to the white sand and emerald water of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Located in the gated community of Horizon South, you will feel miles away from everything. Only 2.5 miles from Pier Park & even closer to Frank Brown Park!
With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has a main bedroom with king bed on the ground floor, as well as, full bathroom. 2nd bedroom upstiars has 2 queen beds, with it's own attached bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Living room has a queen sleeper. You can also enjoy relaxing on the private patio. A few beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon included for your use.

Onsite amenities include 4- outdoor pools (one heated in the winter) kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, and onsite mini golf.

*Wristbands are required and are $20 per person. Parking Passes are $25 each. Rate is increased for long stays. Ask for rate.

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

I am easily accessible through the messaging system, and try to respond within a few minutes to an hour. My phone number will be listed in the check in instructions, as well as, welcome manual for emergency situations.
