The Condo was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Aqua was a beautiful resort and the location can't be beat. Check in and out were easy. Would stay here again for sure.

Spring Break

We come every year to the PCB since we were kids. This is the first time staying at Aqua and we loved it so much that this will be where we stay from now on! The unit was nicely decorated and clean. We had every thing we needed.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

BEST Beach Get Away!

Very clean! Comfortable beds, furnishings, and extra linens/pillows. Unpack your bags, make a grocery run and your ready to vacation. Target and Walmart are 3 mins away!

Great room but the pool needs work and the parking garage

The room itself was great. Lived the layout and room. The resort was nice other than the pools. We arrived on Thursday July 3rd and the pool was cloudy and had LOTS of things floating on the water from a hand whip to tree leaves/pine needles.The parking was horrible Thursday through Saturday. Paid 50 to park and there was no parking spots in the garage. When talked to security, they said to park beside the garage and we “should” be ok…. I paid for a parking spot in the garage, not a “should” be ok parking spot. They did not patrol the parking garage to have people who did not have the parking pass removed and they should have.

Last Min Vacation Trip with our Grands

It had a wonderful corner balcony over looking the beautiful white sandy beach and was very clean and accommodated us 8 really well!! I hope to be back again next year as I love PCB!!! I have been coming to PCB since my mama was pregnant with me! Loved everything!! Mrs. Marci helped me so much and was so very nice thanks again for everything!!

We enjoyed the huge balcony, just wish we could’ve seen both ends-sides of the beach. Unit 2110 was being remodeled and noise was minimal. We have stayed in several units and this was my favorite 💙 will book this unit again if rate is reasonable 😊

Very nice condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice, perfect location and July 4th fireworks view was absolutely amazing! Bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. Extremely easy check in on line, got our codes early in the day to use ammenities before our rental was ready. Friendly staff. We had zero issues during our stay. Only critique I had which is very small but would be very helpful is hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or bathing suits, other than that this was a perfect rental experience and I would absolutely stay there again.

Not Happy with our stay in Unit-2111

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival at our unit we immediately discovered some issues that clearly meant the condo had not been inspected before our arrival. To name a few issues:1) Laundry room door feel off tracks and barely missed hitting one of our quest in the head.2) The TV's were not working and took several attempts to get repaired by maintenance.3) The master bedroom door to patio was broken and we could not open the door.4) The kitchen had some pots and pans that looked like they should have been tossed out some months ago. When we showed the to the staff they immediately placed the in the trash can.The most disturbing thing was these issues were identified last year by our friends who stayed in this unit and I was told these issues had been corrected when they knew they had not been addressed. I would have never booked this unit if I knew the issues had not be resolved. Shame on Escapia! We ask for some type of adjustment and never got a response.

Good time had by all
