Must stay location

This is a great place to stay at an amazing location! The apartment was very clean and the owner had great communication throughout the stay process. The location was amazing, right on the beach and this section of beach was never over crowded, and we stayed over the 4 July holiday! This is a must stay location!

Had a Wonderful Visit

The Crescent is a very well maintained property with great pool area and fantastic views of the Gulf. We especially enjoyed long walks along the beautiful beach.

The condo has been upgraded and looks great. Very clean, beautiful views and the beach and pool were not overcrowded. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. King bed is very firm, the other bed is a bit softer. My main issue was with the beautiful kitchen table. If you get any unremoveable stains on slip covers you have to pay 150 per chair. So if you have little ones or just eat in half the time like we do that is something I would of liked to known up front. . Since my teens like pizza, spagetti (all the lovely red sauce stuff) we did not use the table at all. We either stood at bar and ate or went outside to the table. There is table on the patio with 4 chairs and lounge chair. I also had my ederly mother with us so would recommend something anti-slip in the 1st bathtub and a light over the tub. It was very dark and she had to use the other shower for fear of slipping. We did have 1 small issue and the owner got back to us promptly. Overall great stay just small inconvience with the table.

Thomas Thanks for the review. Regarding the bathroom light. Not sure that's feasible Since I've rented it since 1998 this is the 1st time this has been brought up There is no electricity to ceiling over tub so that not feasible other than an LED light attached to ceiling. I can see anti slip tub. Regarding the table, it's not been an issue for any guest in over 2 years but I can see your point. It's also fair that stains of pizza, sauce etc on sofas, chairs etc, excluding the slip covers are also an issue. Guests know not to let this happen. Sofas and chairs with that get stains that can't be removed are more costly than a dlip cover. No guest has gotten anything on slip covers and certainly I'd wash them before charging a guest. All in all am sorry for the issues you had. I will address the ones I can. Thank you for renting my condo.
