• The Space •
This space is set up for our guests with private, heated, salt-water pool.
The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool.
There is a second adjoining efficiency unit with its own private entrance. There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit.
Please note the washer and dryer is free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.

• Guest Access •
You will enter this unit through the front door. The second efficiency unit is on the left side of the house and that parking space and gated entrance is reserved for the apartment guests.
There is free driveway parking available with enough space to fit 4 vehicles. The far-left side of the driveway is reserved for guests that book the attached apartment unit. Please be respectful of this!

• Neighborhood Overview •
Located on a quiet side street with easy access to the Pinecraft Amish Village. Approximately 6 miles to Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles to Lido Beach. 2 miles from Downtown and Main Street. The home is within short walking distance to Big Olaf Ice Cream Shop, Postal 98 Cafe, Yoders Restaurant and Yoders Fresh Market where you can get fresh produce and packaged baked goods all located in the Amish village.

• Getting Around •
Uber and Lyft, and also SCAT bus stop is nearby with access to beaches.

There is a charcoal grill as well as some pool toys available!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

If you need anything, please contact us through the VRBO messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
