Bobby Jones golf course is now re-open after millions in renovation as well as the Palms golf course are very close. Use the home for a photo shoot or for your social media, it's that nice. Affordable and perfect for 2 families to share or 1 large family to use for a short time or longer stays are welcomed. We are only 6 miles from 2 world famous beaches, 2 miles to Downtown Sarasota and biking distance to the Amish community. Local Owner with fast response time. Paradise Awaits. Everything was fine. The location was the best part of this rental as if you're going to Lido Beach or Saint Armand Circle you can get there within minutes.

Great stay

This house was clean, well decorated, and somehow cozy while also being spacious.the game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed that the door could be closed while the teens enjoyed ping-pong. Inside you feel like you are truly in a beach house. The pool was so enjoyable and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. The host was easy to reach with questions and we felt welcomed.

Beautiful and clean beach bungalow. Looked exactly like the pictures
had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! A 10/15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches, shopping and dining. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Pinecraft Vacation

The house is super nice and the host was very responsive. The kids enjoyed the pickleball court just down the street. The unheated pool was too cold to swim in though.

Visited for a wedding

This place was perfect for my family. The swimming and games were enjoyed by all. Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate my family. I would definitely stay here again. Oh! and beach was close, my son and grandson really enjoyed that. Thanks again, Kevin!!!

Best VRBO ever

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. Pool was nice. Property owner was very responsive. Even had a new grill delivered that next day because the one there was not working. House was very clean, we enjoyed the close proximity of the beaches and food. Will be staying here again when we visit Sarasota!

Great Location, Nice Neighborhood

This was our 1st time using VRBO. It was enjoyable and the property was just as described. The house was bright, clean, and relaxing. The pool was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to any question.

Clean and updated

We have stayed at many rentals in Sarasota, and this was one of the better ones. Everything is updated and clean. Our kids loved the game room. My only con for this rental is no screened in pool, but that’s a minor factor. We would rent this house again.

Exactly what we needed!

My family of 8 stayed at this home for 5 days. It had everything we needed with plenty of sleeping room. The up to date kitchen allowed us to cook several times, the roomy bathrooms were clean, and the pool was a nice addition for the days that we didn’t travel to the beach (beach supplies is there for use also). Kevin was super responsive to all of my questions and even shipped my toddler’s stuffed bunny back home to us after we realized we forgot it at the property. I would give my overall experience a 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again.

Impeccably maintained home near St. Armand’s Circle

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home and the best area of Sarasota, FL. Its prime location (near St Armand’s Circle and just minutes from Lido Beach) made it an ideal spot for our family vacation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a fresh and clean ambience that set the tone for our stay. This home is impeccably maintained and offers a spacious layout with all the amenities you could need. The pool was the cherry on top and our family enjoyed it every day. The host was a wonderful communicator, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I sincerely hope that everyone who books this property treats it with the care it deserves. Perfect getaway

Sarasota will always be a part of me. My grandparents lived in sarasota from 1990s until they passed away in 07'. Years later I wanted to share my piece of sarasota with my husband and my 2 boys. The house was the clean, great layout and positive vibes . :) my 3 year old son now calls the house " my vacation house " . So cute ! I can't wait to booked again! :) :) :)

Beach House with Everything

We absolutely loved staying here for our short get-away to Sarasota! The house had everything we could possibly need and was so clean! The owner was more than helpful and kind. Siesta Beach was only a 20 minute drive away and Der Dutchman was a mere 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again for a relaxing family vacation!
