Great location

Great location with beautiful view. Very quiet location and safe with security. Please was very clean and Greta communication from the host. The place is beautiful with the beautify paradise beach right behind it.

The place is amazing and great for families!

We have had a great time in here, The property is located right at the beach, Kids had ton of fun and the property is neat and clean, we absolutely loved it. Not related to the property though, there is this restaurant called Viola's in the same property, the Manager of that restaurant was very weird, I spoke with the Property manager and told her about it, he makes guests here very uncomfortable and pick fights for really nothing, that definitely needs to be fixed. Besides the restaurant itself is great, all the staff and bar tenders were amazing and we had a great time. Thank You!

HORRIBLE UNIT

#1- First impression walking into the Villa, both doors to the balcony had broken seals and zero visibility to the beautiful view. With all the photos on the website, that view was not shown. They were photoshopped out. #2 - The small shower had no shower knob, just a screw sticking out of the control valve. The large bathroom had no shower head and no shower curtain and this was very hard for 6 people to use one small shower. Only one towel per person for the week and poor quality stained towels. #3 - No Tv or WIFI for half the week. Hard for children and trying to work remotely was impossible. #4 - Both bedrooms had no bedding with only a sheet on them. Second bedroom was not a Queen size bed, it was a Full and was basically a rollaway. That has now been updated on the website to a full size bed but we were expecting a queen. We have stayed at Sunrise Beach Villas for over 30 years. We have stayed in many different units and have been very pleased every time. But this unit was HORRIBLE. Look at other units to rent at Sunrise Beach Villas because of the location on Paradise Island and the beautiful property and the restaurant on site, but stay away from this listing.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We loved this place. Perfect for our family of 6. Just wished that there was some reference to the name of the place being at the Sunrise Villas, since the address that was listed was somewhat vague. Host was always attentive and replied to any questions we had.

Great Family Vacation with our 4 Teenagers

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in the Bahamas and the rental unit was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to move around. Our family consists of my wife and I and our 4 teenagers ages 19, 17, 17 and yes 17. We gave our 3 girls the master bed to sleep in while our son slept on the sofa pull out and my wife and I took the second bedroom. It all worked out great. The pictures from the VRBO site were right on. The place was clean and had extra blankets, towels and kitchen accessories. We were able to buy groceries at a local store which was about a 12 minute walk down the street. We usually made breakfast and lunch in the unit and ate dinner at the on-site restaurant called ‘Violas’. Good food and VERY nice work staff. They also have a bar at the restaurant and you must try the ‘Bahama Mama’ drink

yum. The main goal of our trip was to spend as much time on the beach soaking up the sun and the beautiful beaches. We did that everyday. The walk from the rental unit to the beach was about a 3 minute walk across the swimming pool area. The community had a few extra umbrellas and chairs for us to use on the beach. A gentleman took the items down for us and set them up where we wanted and we only needed to tip him. Because countries are just opening up it seemed like we had the entire beach to ourselves

..nice !! The water was amazing and was like a cool bath. The owner was extremely responsive. Directions to the location, entry to the property and any questions we had were quickly answered. We even received several texts on how we were doing and if we needed anything. Thanks Lou. There is also a community office on property that we were able to purchase some sun screen and ask additional questions. If we wanted we could have also booked excursions through the office person. If there was anything that might improve our time there it would be to maybe have a few beach items in the unit for the renters to use
..balls, chairs, umbrellas since these are sometimes hard to travel on an airplane with. Thanks again to Lou for making our stay a memorable one. Fred Chandler, Arizona USA June 2021
