Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de Paradise Island Beach! Les escaliers du patio de l'unité mènent littéralement au sable blanc et poudreux de la célèbre plage. La vue depuis le salon ou le patio est inoubliable! À seulement cinq minutes à pied du complexe Atlantis!

Le condo est entièrement équipé avec laveuse et sécheuse, micro-ondes, télévision par câble, Internet, barbecue, etc. Le complexe de condos a une très bonne sécurité, un restaurant pratique et un bon parking au cas où vous obtiendriez une voiture de location. Il y a deux chambres principales à l'étage, chacune avec des lits king size et une télévision. Il y a une 3ème chambre en bas, avec deux lits simples et aussi une télévision. L'unité est spacieuse, la piscine est la piscine par la porte d'entrée et l'océan est par la porte patio / salon juste en bas des escaliers du patio. Sunrise Beach Club est à 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Nassau. Le directeur de la villa, Estell, peut organiser des transferts aéroport et des visites de Dolphin Encounters / Blue Lagoon Island.

This property was AMAZING! Clean, comfortable, right on the most beautiful breathtaking beach, property looked just like the pictures and had everything you would need to have an awesome and memorable vacation!!Kitchen: Plenty of cups, bowls/plates, silverware, utensils, pots/pans, knives, strainer, cutting board and so much more to make a great meal. Just need to buy spices, food, oil, napkins/paper towels, plastic wrap, etc. Grill: Loved it! Nice and new. Used it a lot!Beach Essentials: 3 beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, 1 skimboard, 6-10 beach towels, folding sports wagonHousehold Essentials: Huge box of powder detergent, dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper, lots of bath/face towels. Water pressure in bathroom sink could be better.Pool: Nice and cleanEstell was so nice and a pleasure to work with! She was very thorough, detailed and timely with her communication/responses, accommodating and one of the best property managers. We had an issue with the hot water heater and she took care of it at the earliest and made sure we continued to have the best trip ever! She referred us to Mr Bethel who was able to pick us up from the airport and drop by the supermarket to buy food and essentials before taking us to the property which was so convenient! Make sure you buy what you need since there isn’t a grocery store near the property that you can walk to that has as much as the supermarket that Mr Bethel took us to.You definitely won’t regret booking this place!

Wow! The views from the deck are amazing! So was everything else. The location was perfect. Not too far of a walk to get to things and just far enough to be very peaceful. The condo is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Estell arranged for transportation to and from the airport along with a stop at the grocery & liquor store for us to stock up on provisions for the week. We would certainly come back in a heartbeat. The views alone are worth it!

This is the perfect family get away. Estell was awesome. She even arranged transport from the airport to get groceries and back to the condo. The place is better than the pictures. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect location!

Right on the water, beach bar/restaurant onsite, wonderful property manager. What else did we need?!? Convenient to Atlantis, too. 15-minute walk or reasonably priced cab ride. We will definitely be back!

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.

The location of this property is unbelievable! One of the few condos directly on the beach on Paradise Island. Within walking distance to Atlantis and RIU resorts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The patio of this property is overhanging the beach, so just walk down the stairs and you will feel the white powdery sand between your toes. Atlantis Resort and Casino only minutes walk away.
