Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de Paradise Island Beach! Les escaliers du patio de l'unitĂ© mĂšnent littĂ©ralement au sable blanc et poudreux de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage. La vue depuis le salon ou le patio est inoubliable! À seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied du complexe Atlantis!

Le condo est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, micro-ondes, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, Internet, barbecue, etc. Le complexe de condos a une trĂšs bonne sĂ©curitĂ©, un restaurant pratique et un bon parking au cas oĂč vous obtiendriez une voiture de location. Il y a deux chambres principales Ă  l'Ă©tage, chacune avec des lits king size et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Il y a une 3Ăšme chambre en bas, avec deux lits simples et aussi une tĂ©lĂ©vision. L'unitĂ© est spacieuse, la piscine est la piscine par la porte d'entrĂ©e et l'ocĂ©an est par la porte patio / salon juste en bas des escaliers du patio. Sunrise Beach Club est Ă  30 minutes en voiture de l'aĂ©roport international de Nassau. Le directeur de la villa, Estell, peut organiser des transferts aĂ©roport et des visites de Dolphin Encounters / Blue Lagoon Island.

Stay in paradise

This is the perfect family get away. Estell was awesome. She even arranged transport from the airport to get groceries and back to the condo. The place is better than the pictures. Can’t wait to go back.

A Truley Relaxing Vacation

Property was in the perfect location and easy access to lots of activities. Best activity was relaxing on the beach! We wanted a vacation this year that did not require us doing a million things and we got that with this rental.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect location!

Right on the water, beach bar/restaurant onsite, wonderful property manager. What else did we need?!? Convenient to Atlantis, too. 15-minute walk or reasonably priced cab ride. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Stay on Paradise Island

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this stunning house on Paradise Island, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, but it’s the views and outdoor space that truly set it apart.The panoramic vistas from the back patio are absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re lounging in the living roomor cooking in the kitchen you're treated to mesmerizing views of the turquoise ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. The sunsets are nothing short of magical—each evening, the sky fills with hues of pink, orange, and purple, making you feel like you're in a painting.The highlight for us was obviously the outdoor area. The pool is an oasis—crystal-clear water with the ocean just beyond, creating the most serene atmosphere. We spent hours lounging poolside, taking in the fresh sea breeze, and cooling off in the water. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island in complete privacy.If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat with some of the most incredible views on the island, this is the place.

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

Great location

We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.

The location of this property is unbelievable! One of the few condos directly on the beach on Paradise Island. Within walking distance to Atlantis and RIU resorts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The patio of this property is overhanging the beach, so just walk down the stairs and you will feel the white powdery sand between your toes. Atlantis Resort and Casino only minutes walk away.
