The home was welcoming. It lacked kitchen supplies like silverware, for the number of house guests. The rugs need replacing or cleaning. There were lots of stains, especially on the stairs.

The state was nice. Spent our time at Disney world and outside of the house so it was really just a place to lay our heads at night. The place could use some updating, the carpet could be changed out. We had a few things that broke down but as soon as we called they were fixed so that could happen anywhere. Overall no issues.

Check in was rocky, but not a the fault of the host, the property was going through a change with issuing key cards instead of codeso once that was straighten out there

Host was inattentive and unavailable to resolve issues during our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated in advance and it was not. We tried to communicate throughout the week and received one reply four das into our stay. The place needs to be repaired in several places (holes in the walls, towel bars and toilet paper holders ripped off the walls, heavily stained carpets, and no shelves in the refrigerator door). We arrived to dead bugs and dead lizards on the floor. The host also used a regular flat sheet in place of fitted sheets which leaves you sleeping on a bare mattress most of the night and the duvets don’t have any sanitary cover. The playroom was not usable due to the smell, it was also not air conditioned (is a converted garage) and not usable as an indoor space.

Wonderful stay, lovely home

We had a great stay and the owner was very prompt in communicating both before and during our stay. The place was very clean and the kids loved the game room and they were excited to stay in the Mario and Mickey Mouse rooms. Thanks!

Family Vacay 2024

4.5 stars - Beautiful spacious home with more than enough space for 13 guests. Great location and neighborhood. Appreciated the stroller, high chair, pool and game room for my grandkids. Lack of paper towels and trash bags, Miscommunication with checking-in and not being able to adjust the upstairs thermostat prevented me from giving 5 stars. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation! I would rent again.

Awful Communication

We did not receive check-in information within the 48hrs as stated in the initial rental agreement. Reached out to the host multiple times through the VRBO app within 24hours of check-in, didn’t get a response. Had to call VRBO directly and after the host never responded to them, ended up getting a full refund from VRBO and credit but had to find last minute arrangements after traveling 1200 miles with a group of 5 for 10 days. DO NOT rent from this host.

We could not get into the property when we first arrived, we called twice the host did not answer and never called back. We had an issue with one of the tv’s and I sent a message and the host NEVER responded. The link provided for The check-in forms the host requested did not work. I sent a message and the host never responded. We stayed 6 nights and the host NEVER called back or answered a message that was sent. Worst host by far. The property is a bit ran down, rugs are dirty, patio furniture is old and worn out, falling apart. The kitchen is missing a lot of utensils and supplies. The location is good and the space is also good. I would not rent again because of the host.

Orlando House

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The little ones loved the themed bedrooms. The pool was really nice to have at the house. Definitely needed the pool heat while we were there in March. Our only complaint is that the house could have more dishes, glasses, and cooking supplies. It was very limited. Luckily we ate most of our meals out. The Clubhouse pool, kiddie area, and lazy river were great, but there wasn't ample parking or lounge chairs for guests.

Prepare to go to the store

We had a group of 12 seven adults and 5 kids. There were not enough towels. No coffee filters, the vacuum was broken, one of the beds was held up with a milk crate, the walls were scuffed and filthy, the disposal broke, there were no extra garbage bags. if you plan on cooking there you’ll need to buy a lighter for the barbecue, bakeware (casserole dish and cookie sheet), can opener. The space could be really great, especially with the included clubhouse and amenities but just not what I was hoping for our Christmas family vacation! I emailed the property manager but never heard back.

Family stay for a week

There were a couple noticeable things upon arriving. In one of the upstairs bedrooms (we left empty) the headboard had broken from where it was mounted and was dangling on one side. The toilet paper holder in master bathroom was broken, batteries in the code set up at front of house stopped working second to last day and the carpets had some staining. Overall, these are all things that you would normally see or encounter in your own home and would have to do basic upkeep on. The patio by the pool was fairly dirty and could use a 45 min pressure wash; would look pristine with that. All this considered, we would absolutely stay again. The layout of the house is great, the amenities at the community pool and lazy river are great. It is a very modern look mixed in with Disney characters throughout the house and we all loved that. It was very comfortable and home-like feel. Just could use a weekend going through some minor maintenance items that would improve overall experience for people in the future.

House was nice. Pool was green (could not see bottom of pool) when we checked in. Messaged homeowner who wanted a picture. I just bought pool shock and cleaned it myself. House was very nice and a good fit for our family. The community practice of piling garbage on the bench by the front door was disgusting. There were 10 bags of garbage on the bench when we checked-in. Flies kept getting into the house from the garbage. I moved the bench far away of the front door and bought flying insect spray to kill the flies. The garbage was not picked up every day, sometimes it took 3 days. We ended up putting the trash by the curb like other houses did. Check-in process needs work. I found no way of documenting existing damage to house (hole in wall from garage door opening into hallway and stair bannister bracket was broken). I just took pictures of damage and then took pictures of every room upon leaving. The 10am check-out time was tough with our flight time, 11am would be a kinder check-out time

Not horrible but would not book again

Pros: the owner let us check in early and were responsive when the AC was not working. The beds were comfy and the resort was fun to have. Cons: None of the things in the game room were usable. The pool table was missing a ball and none of the sticks had tips, there were no darts for the dart board, and the foosball table didn't have a ball. The cleanliness overall was very lacking. Many of the walls are stained, there was a pile of dead bugs inside the door when we first entered, and many of the dishes had a brown sticky substance on them (seemed like syrup). The AC was the biggest issue. They tried to fix it twice but the upstairs never cooled down. It stayed at ~80° the entire time during the day. Seeing that is where most of the rooms are, it was uncomfortable and made nap time a struggle for the little ones. Lastly, the home was not stocked at all. Only 2 of the many remotes had batteries in them, only about half of the bathrooms had any toilet paper on arrival, there was not any dishwasher or laundry detergent, and no trash bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Florida as we were outside the home for the majority of the time but the home itself was very disappointing and with the amount of short term rentals in the Orlando area at around the same price point we will look elsewhere in any future bookings.

No response

The gate code provided didn't work, even when security tried it. They let us in but said they would only do that once and that we needed to contact the management company. So I called them several times left voicemails, texted and emailed but never got a response the entire week.We were stuckuntil a neighbor shared their code so we could go out and get groceries the first night. We ended up having to use it all week. Also I paid for the pool tobe heated but it was 61 degrees when we arrived. I finally got a response from the management company the day we got home and they said we probably entered the code wrong but I told them even security tried it. The excuse for not returning my calls, email, voicemails and texts was that it probably went to spam...really??? They didn't offer an excuse for why the pool wasn't heated and didn't respond to my request for a refund. The absolute worst experience ever with a VRBO rental. House was great even though there was minor maintenence needed. We enjoyed going to the resort oool, which was heated.needed

MO 9 Day Disney July 2022

The house was very nice. It was spacious and supported the needs of my family. The kids loved the theme bedrooms. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and was only a short drive to the Disney Parks. We enjoyed the pool and also used the game room. We were unable to check in at the designated 4 p.m. time because the cleaning crew needed 2 hours more time. There were no potholders in the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel, only 1 trash bag, no kleenex and only partial rolls of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms. We would have liked to have had a broom and dustpan. Maybe need to be more clear on what is provided. We went out and bought supplies because it took 4 days for the host to respond to my questions about supplies. The only day in our schedule we could use the clubhouse pool, it was closed for maintenance. The Fitness Center closed at 9 p.m. not open 24 hours as stated. I would recommend this property, but would ask ahead of time exactly what was provided. Overall, the house was very nice and we had a great time during our stay in Florida!

Great Value For The Money

It provided ample space for 11 people. Having the pool to cool off in after the parks was awesome. Location to the parks was about 15 to 20 minutes. I would rent it again.

Fantastic villa and location

What a perfect villa for a family to enjoy Florida, excellent location which is close to all amenities and very good access to parks within 15 mins, would highly recommend this property and will have no hesitation staying here again, there was 8 of us sharing the house and we had so much space to not be on top of each other

Let me start with the good first. The house was just as pictured! Lots of room for the family. The club house with games, the lazy river and pool was great. It is located in a great spot to get to the parks and stores. Game room was fun but the pool table pockets had holes in them so we had to put towels under them to catch the balls. Now for the not so great. There were no dish rags or towels to wash dishes. The kitchen was not well stocked for making meals for a big family at home. Did not even have pot holders. Had to go to the dollar store and get some mixing bowls and other odds and ends. We paid for the pool to be heated on Tues through Saturday and it was not heated until Wednesday afternoon. I have asked for a refund for 1.5 days but have not heard back yet. The communication with the owner was slow at times. The house was not as clean as we would expect. There was a dirty sock on the porch by the slider. I don't think I would stay here again.

The ad does not match

The house matches with all the pictures but when you get inside is very frustrating. First, the house wasn’t well cleaned, the cleaning crew didn’t change the sheets from the guests before me, it had popcorn and crumbs on the beds. The toilets seats were dirty in some bathrooms. The house ad listing said that it supports 14 guests, and I rented it for 14 people, but in the house was available only 10 dinner plates, 10 pairs of silverware and only 12 bath towels and 4 pool towels. I texted the owner about the towels to see if she could provide us more and she not even answered, before my check in I had to text her about the pool heating and some other things and she usually took 2 days to answer, which is why I gave 2 stars for “communication”. Other than that, all the appliances works well and the house is comfortable. The pool I paid for the heat so it was well heated too.

Good for large family

This place was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Relatively new home in a newer neighborhood. The only thing was that we discovered broken or dirty things throughout our stay that we hadn’t noticed at check in. A few of the beds were damaged and a few other things need deep cleaned or updated but overall it was fine with us. We would definitely stay again.
